The skeleton head is 398. Not sure about the rest.
Pigs follow you around with a carrot on a stick. Again not sure about other uses.
With the "carrot on a stick", the pig you are mounting will move in the direction you face. They don't jump up blocks that are in front of them, so the only real use for them is traveling downhill. I wish this would be changed.

No. Just, no.
The idea of this mod is to add animations.
SmartMoving adds a whole new player movement system, and has animations.
This mod is fine on its own. If the mod author wishes to allow the creator of SmartMoving to use his animations, that's logical.
This is an animation replacer, and should remain that way.
@Hippo
I do agree with the above people suggesting the alternative eye placement.
Might I also suggest, the "hinges" on the arms/legs seem weird. They bend from the back (on legs) and the front (on arms), which makes "splitting" in the model.
Maybe if you could make the "hinges" start from the other side.
Here's a simple diagram of what I mean.
While this does produce "clipping", it does look a tad bit nicer.
You could just have two versions, one with clipping, the other with splitting.

His name is: MaxAlpine
He is 18+
He is a very creative builder, and he likes to tinker with redstone.
He and I played on the BlackMuffin Server a while back, and he was a highly trusted member, so I can vouch that he's not a goof.
He's hoping to play tonight.
Also, I fixed more bugs on the spectate plugin. I'll send you the new link once I get back.

Are you 18 or older mentally and physically?
- You bet. I turn 19 on February 12th
What was your favorite 80's/90's TV Show?
- The Simpsons. So many people rip on it, but it's a classic, mild show
Do you agree to the rules?
- Absolutely, they are reasonable, and straightforward
Anything else about yourself goes here:
- Well, I am a gamer when I'm home, and a hard worker when I'm at work. I'm pretty independent, so in-game, I rarely would need help

This is a Class Cast Exception.
The game is trying to cast the new class to "BlockRedstoneRepeater.class"
Your class extends "Block.class" which has no backwards affiliation with "BlockRedstoneRepeater.class"
The game casts the block being rendered to "BlockRedstoneRepeater.class", which your block currently doesn't have anything to do with.
If you just copy/pasted the "BlockRedstoneRepeater" class to make yours, just make it extend "BlockRedstoneRepeater" rather than "Block".
This should fix the error when rendering the block on render type 15.
If you didn't copy/paste, then you'll have to copy, paste, and fix the render code used to draw repeaters into your mod file, and the "renderWorldBlock" method from BaseMod.

If you would've actually read the whole post, you would realize that I wanted the blocks to be of this nature. I also pointed out that I was aware of mods/ideas for this, but none of them were on the same page as this.

Disable reflective surfaces. It's either in composite.fsh or final.fsh
The texture pack you are using likely doesn't support it.

A mod for making the Xbox controller work better for inventory screens?
Or do you mean this?

I know this has probably been suggested before, but the concept is revolutionary.
First, here is the block I would like to see added to the game.
Here is the recipe:
Q: Well, what does it do?
A: It behaves similar to a redstone repeater, but the side that has the "Eye of Ender" on it, is the side that waits for the block update. The other side outputs power.
Q: Why does the back torch move?
A: This adjusts the amount of ticks of power the BUD emits after a block update. The same options as a repeater.
Q: This seems interesting, but is there more?
A: Yes. One idea I had was to have a GUI for when you right click it. This GUI would have a slot, which you would put items in. This slot would listen for that block only. If the slot was empty, any block would be detected. The GUI would also have a slider to indicate the tick count, and possibly even an option to toggle power upon block update.
Q: How is this more efficient than a regular BUD?
A: Simple. This takes up 1 block space, as well as only detects blocks from one direction. This would allow designs to be more compact, and more flexible. With the added ability to detect specific blocks, you could make a reed harvester by simply placing this on top of a piston, and have it detect reeds. And, because of the compact design, making individual block farms is made simpler, and easier to manage.
Q: Your animation sucks!
A: Thank you. I only spent 5 minutes in photoshop making it. I should hope it's an eyesore.

It does work. I modded it, and tested it

MCP is updated to 1.4.6
Forge is just a pain to decompile/recompile.
I personally hate Forge. It makes Minecraft look messy.
Also note, this isn't a bug.
Notch made it this way so you could have flexible water systems. With this fix, you wouldn't be able to make a bowl made of water.
A better solution is:
Check:
That there's a solid block beneath the empty spot
If not, check that all 4 sides of the empty spot have full sources.
If not, check that 2 opposing sides of the empty spot have full sources, as well as the block below is water.
This would fix ugly ocean currents that get ruined, by picking up a distant water source. It would also allow you to make complex water systems without breaking them.
