I have been a builder/moderator on ZyriaMMORPGand a moderator on Venturian MC.
Why do you think you should be staff? *
I have had experience as a moderator on a network before and a builder/moderator on a MMORPG server too. I have good leadership qualities, am friendly and helpful and also think about the best possible action I can take during any kind of problem. I am always calm and also know most of the commands of a network/server. I am impartial and reliable too.
If somebody is spamming you, what will you do? *
I would first warn him and tell him the consequences of his actions. If he still continues, a temporary mute/permanent mute will be the punishment I would give.
If the server was getting attacked by spam bots, what will be your first action? *
The method of getting rid of spam bots would depend upon the intensity of attack. If the attack is small, I would ban those spam bots. If the attack was large then temporary shutdown of the server might help. Also I recommend the plugin which blocks sentences from being repeated to reduce the spam.
Time Limit (if any): Please take your time. No need to rush
Details: Make it really really cool with 3D text which looks like it will pop out of the screen. Maybe make my character sit on a horse with a diamond sword in his hand?

Details On How It Should Look: I want my Minecraft character sitting on a horse which is like lifting its front legs. The horse should have diamond armour and my character should have a diamond sword in one hand and he should be holding the horse rope in his second hand. Maybe try adding lens flare on the edge of the sword. My ign should be there in the center in 3d characters and the background should be of some color with a cool design. I hope this isn't too much to make but please take your time.Skin Or IGN:Xeriaz
