I seem to be having the issue of /time set-day and /time set-night not working, no matter what value is added, neither in-game or within the .cfg file. I'm using "1.7.10 Forge-10.13.0.1180" with the newest release of TooMuchTime. Tested all mods I had installed and the culprit was Better World Generation 4 - 1.2.1. Mod incompatible, just like it was with the old AdvanceTime mod which I assume this has replaced.
On a side note, /time stop does not work at all, even if TooMuchTime is the only mod installed.
Thanks for creating such a wonderful mod! It's very nice and fluid, and incredibly user friendly. I would just like to make a point that Advancetime is incompatible with the mod Better World Generation 4, as it causes the bed to become useless, kicking the player out immediately after entering for reasons I do not know. I checked for ID conflicts, however I found none.
On a good note, the other 26 mods I am using work perfectly fine with it. Great job, and I look forward to your next update!
With that, I was wondering if you had the time to give a small (explanation?) (tutorial?) on the different commands found in the ...Saves/New World/advancetime.dimension and ...Saves/New World/Advancetime.dimension/DIM1 (and) DIM-1/advancetime.dimension. These files give players the ability to manipulate time in Hardcore mode, which is what I got this mod for, however, I feel that not everyone is going to understand the different lines, or is willing to learn through trial and error, and may want a quick explanation, which you could give through the OP.
Thank you for your time and possible consideration.
This topic started in 2010, now its 2013 and stil NO mod exists...
There was an old one for 1.8 using Mod Loader, but I too cannot find one for 1.5.2 (Modloader or Forge) as of May 17, 2013. (Reference for anyone who finds this thread in the future.)
As for those who want a reason, that's really none of your concern. Some people simply enjoy having longer days, much like a 24 hour mod for Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Being able to enjoy the game at your own leisurely pace is quite nice and for some, adds to the experience.
Really enjoying the mod, It was a little glitchy at first when I tried making the weapons myself instead of using creative to get them, but it seems to work fine now. The weapons weren't shooting they would just disappear on me when I right clicked. Overall, this is a lot of fun lol!
Could you explain or mention how you got it to stop doing this? I too am having the same problem right now, but I can't seem to fix the problem myself.
