Well, doubt you can report anyone yet since they gave them a grace period of until August 1st to comply.
I know I just wanted to figure out how so if one of the server's I play on is still ignoring the new rules after August 1st i could report them then. -

Tell that to pistons, horses, and Armor-stands.

True, but wouldn't the clock only work if you were in the same chunk as the clock was in. And, if your like me and you set your gamerules by entering LAN, enabling cheats, and then never touching the commands again it would be impossible for me to disable weather. Personally I think mojang should have added /doWeatherCycle instead of /toggledownfall. And since we already have /doDaylightCycle it makes sense to have a game rule for weather. I mean technically you can set a clock to constantly set the time to 0 so does this mean we don't need /doDaylightCycle of course not. Still Partial Support

Komodo Dragon: I don't see to many things wrong with this, some more details like what it's spawn rate is and how big it is would be nice.
Flies: So basically this gives us completely unbalanced flight in survival mode, all you need is a saddle. Also again more details, what's it's health, how much damage, etc...
Thornsprite: Much too weak considering what it could potentially give you, and since they would only spawn in a certain area they'd be WAY to easy to farm.
Deer: No problems with this one, just add more detail.
Mola Mola: Anything to add to oceans, this one is perfect.
Centaurs: The only problem I can see is that it would probably be pretty easy to kill these guys, all you have to do is hide inside a two-block high door way.
Viridian: So... a buffed enderman with a ranged attack that cause nausea for a unmentioned number of seconds, and it can also become invisible. Also the armor sounds quite OP.
Kiwi: How much health do they have? How many hunger points would an omelette recover? I like the idea but again more details.
Imp: Not bad, but still needs some work. Would they attack you if you attacked them? How much health to they have? How do they interact with the rugged wolves?
Rugged Wolf: Again, what is their health?
Fyroot: What do their drops do?
Although these ideas are clever you really will need to add more details to them if you want people to like them. Unfortunately, until the issues i mention are cleaned up I'm gonna have to say No Support. But don't give up, some of these mobs do have potential.
