I heard on github that you plan on removing or changing warded blocks in 1.8.
I just wanted to offer my opinion on the subject.
The most things I've seen warded blocks used for in their current form is for pranks. People love to ward ****, and it's usually a pain in the ass for server admins to deal with. That being said, I think my favorite implementation of warded blocks was how they were in Thaumcraft 3. Not only were they less abusable in thaumcraft 3, they were awesome to actually decorate with.
Anyways, those were just a few thoughts that came to my mind about warded blocks.
Upholstery is the work of providing furniture, especially seats, with padding, springs, webbing, and fabric or leather covers. The word upholstery comes from the Middle English word upholder,[1][/sup] which referred to a tradesman who held up his goods. The term is equally applicable to domestic, automobile, airplane and boat furniture, and can be applied to mattresses, particularly the upper layers, though these often differ significantly in design. A person who works with upholstery is called an upholsterer; an apprentice upholsterer is sometimes called an outsider or trimmer. Traditional upholstery uses materials like coil springs (post-1850), animal hair (horse, hog and cow), coir, straw and hay, hessians, linen scrims, wadding, etc., and is done by hand, building each layer up. In contrast, modern upholsterers employ synthetic materials like dacron and vinyl, serpentine springs, and so on.
So, number one, the name of this mod is spelled wrong.
When can we expect those magical couches? The screenshots only show clothing.
Here are some alternate name suggestions for this mod that don't have to do with couches if you're thinking of renaming it:
Thaumic Wardrobe
Thaumic Outfits
Thaumic Duds
Thaumic Apparel
Thaumic Ensemble
Thaumic Vestitus (Vestitus is Latin for "clothes")
I hereby demand you change the mod name or add a magical couch which can be reupholstered.
There's a particular town in a world of mine that spawns with Witchery buildings in it, that hangs the world if Thaumic Horizons or Automagy is included. Otherwise it works fine. The town appears to hang just as the Apothecary loads, which makes me think the NPC inventory might be causing a problem? It's a weird hang too...Minecraft doesn't crash, it just quietly stops working. It looks a lot like that moment when you disconnect in server play, where you're not getting updates anymore, but your game hasn't figured it out yet. The world becomes quiet and unresponsive, but you can still wander around in it.
Never seen that before or since, in single-player Minecraft. Which this is.
Anyone else seen this? I'd love to use Horizons (and Automagy), but I want Witchery more. I need all the big magic mods for my pack.
I've experienced this before. Like, when you get to a place structures are spawning, the world will just stop loading and stay like that forever until you force close minecraft.
Haven't done enough testing to pin it on Thaumic Horizons, but it's definitely happened when I have those three mods installed. (plus lots of others)
Can you add a config option to disable sprinting once your health gets below a certain level?
I just want players to lose the ability to sprint if they are below 1/4 health, because I'm evil.

Hey NightKosh, do you plan to add Aether II compatibility?
It has some extra slots with things that don't get stored in graves.

Pretty please, can you add a variant of drawers that can be made with oredict wood planks and camouflaged to look like any texture?
I'm currently playing minecraft in the aether with no source of regular wood.
Bonus points if you add bibliocraft furniture paneler compatibility.

If you haven't thought of it already, you should make your lamps work as Thaumcraft infusion stabilizers.
At least the thaumcraft candle ones.

I forgot to mention, you have permission to use these textures if you want, you can do whatever you want with them.
