Getting a weird thing where the "runoff" gas/liquid from exploded planer vortices seems to push the visible model of the vortex attenuators back into the block behind them, and I think in one case it flipped the model upside-down? Hitbox stayed in place though.
Can we get the option to disable Metallurgy alloys? I'm trying to do it with minetweaker... but apparently, if you do that, the client crashes when an alloy tries to form, and then when you come back in it's present anyway.
I'm struggling to think of what the advantage of using this is.
Right now, it still feels like there's no reason to go into the new materials, because all the stuff I've got from ExtraTIC is solidly pre-manyullyn, and climbing the TiCon tech tree to manyullyn is still just laughably easy. Certainly easier than getting the material for the added botania metals.
Can someone that's paying more attention to this mod than I am go over what features have been promised and not released? I know "an RF-powered smeltery" was a thing. Are materials getting new, custom traits? Are we getting a mana usage ability for botania metals? Is anything becoming something other than solidly middle-ground? Am I going to have to install weird mods that I don't want to touch like Metallurgy or Draconic Evolution to get anything interesting or worthwhile out of this?
I mean, I actually want to use this mod, and the last thing I want to get into is a "if you don't like the show then change the channel" conversation, and I understand Glassmaker has IRL responsibilities, but... is there something existing or (preferably) coming/announced that distinguishes this from some kind of theoretical uber-robust JSONables config?
When I stick a golem with an Empty core atop a workbench and tell it to put into an inventory nearby (that it doesn't have to move to get to), the items it removes just pop out into the world. Frequently.
Yeah, also, something funny I discovered. Thaumic Energistics adds 'Essentia gasses' so it can store essentia in an AE system with essentia storage drives. The crystal capsules from Witching Gadgets (another TC addon) list each of the gasses in the creative menu, and if you try to use one to fill the Boiler, it fills the boiler with Vishroom Stew.
I get this for something as basic as lava, is this Automagy's fault? Should I go to the Automagy github and say something? Or should I go to the Witching Gadgets github?
I also get it on non-automagy tanks. Right-clicking a lava capsule into Tinker's Construct blocks (seared tank, window) fills it with vishroom soup.
Similarly: Botania's "timeless ivy" typically works with things that can be repaired in an anvil; notable modded examples are thaumcraft's "pickaxe of the core", which repairs with thaumium ingots.
To use Timeless Ivy, you craft it with an item and three of what it repairs with.
Unique Artifacts items don't work with Timeless Ivy. I've tried every combination of every base artifact type with every manaesence type.

What's up with the <random text> wand in the creative menu?

Automagy literally already has this. Tally Box + tally box "yield" lens makes it emit redstone signal based on what mining the block would give you.

...what's in it? The changelog's the same.

Terrasteel is significantly more expensive though? And is the better armor and tools.

Also there was that thing about how golems can't use artifacts...

Can we get a Build with that Botania compatibility change in it?

These textures are amazing.

Is there a good way to use a Tally Box to detect if a block has "anything that isn't air" in it? That doubles as a request, if there isn't.

It's a straw golem, and it's botania flowers into... I think two petals?
