Roll Call!: Makes all of your dogs stand up and teleport to you from anywhere in the world. Helpful if any of your dogs have gone missing, or if you just need reinforcements!
I've thought about this before, and based on my knowledge of how Minecraft uses its chunks, I don't know how you'd be able to get dogs in unloaded chunks to teleport to you without some really costly algorithms.
*Nerf raw pork so it heals 10% of your max hp rather than 25%
Why? Cooked pork heals 4 hearts. That's 40% of your max HP. Wolves have the same amount of HP as you and tend to take MORE damage than the player. Pork healing 25% HP on wolves is hardly generous to begin with. And, hell. Raw pork heals 1.5 hearts--15% HP--on the player. Why would wolves heal less HP from raw pork than humans when wolves eat raw pork in the wild and get more nutritional value from it, anyway?
It appears that I've, to use the technical term, "done ****ed up" in regards to the tail. It seems that if you've got guarddog skills, the tail doesn't drop half as quickly, it drops twice as far. I'll fix it in the next update. Did he start making death sounds? that's when you know he's incapacitated. And I'm looking at the code right now, and according to it, Unless I've screwed up VERY BADLY, it shouldn't accept porkchops when it's reached 1 HP. Are you sure it died? Did you have guard dog on it?
Ah, that makes sense then.
It wasn't whimpering, no. And he does have Level 2 GuardDog.
Oh, and by the way, what's the chance of going from Mastery 34 to Mastery 35? Or, for that matter, how does the skill chance scale?
Suggestion: incapacitation needs to be more obvious.
My dog got hit by a point-blank creeper explosion. This killed him, I thought. On the off chance he wasn't dead, I decided to use a pork chop on him. It healed him. So, I figured he just got brought within an inch of his life. Shortly after, fighting a spider, he took two hits. The first put his take between his legs, since he was already weak. The second definitely killed him. I could still restore his HP with porkchops. I don't know if his skills were still active, but he still attacked enemies for me. Giving him cake showed hearts exploding around him. I tried giving him another cake after I was sure he was "alive" and the same thing happened.
I started a fresh map, but I haven't found any wolves yet. I can't even go look for any, since it's raining and I'm stuck in my base with 1 heart and no food.
So I can't give any feedback.
Although, actually, why is a Lapis block used to cycle the colors? Wouldn't it make more sense to use a dye?
FlowerChild has spent quite a few years in the game development industry and I'm sure his discontent with Notch adding wolves stems from the fact that Notch released the wolves without even fleshing them out first, so it must be very frustrating for FlowerChild. I like that you have taken it on yourself to try and improve the wolf but for the most part the wolf is a busted addition that should have never been added to MC.
So, what you're saying is that because they weren't fully fleshed out, wolves should have never been added?
That seems like horrible logic to me. The game was in beta, and while I definitely feel that Notch needs to learn to TEST HIS GOD DAMN CODE BEFORE RELEASING IT, hating something because it's not as cool as what you wanted is undeniably childish.
The only argument you could use is, "Notch should have spent his time working on something else," and that's entirely subjective, though I partially agree with it.
Basically, I understand, even agree with, the point of view, but going about it the way he does is, in my opinion, immature.
This is completely off-topic. If either you or Silent Shadow continue on with this flame war, I will report each of you as you carry this on. Please either take this to a thread in Off Topic or leave it be. Neither of you are contributing to Millénaire, nor contributing towards each other. Please leave this here, and preferably delete the previous messages that are unrelated to Millénaire.
actually a what if scenario that has evidence that if put into an experiment or is missing variables is called a hypothesis so please so what i said was logical dude so dont talk
A hypothesis is something you can test via an experiment.
Good luck testing the claim you made. And hypotheses are unproven assumptions. They're not logically sound, they have no proof. Something with proof to back it up is called a Theory.
ha ha that funny you troll next time dont comment about yourself
"NO U"
That's mature.
And you know, for that matter, trolling is based on the fact that you only **** other people off. A troll doesn't get angry. If I really did have my panties all bunched up, I wouldn't be trolling.
So, like I said before, you keep using that word, but I don't think it means what you think it means.

"What if" scenarios are hardly logically sound.
Please read some books on debate. It might even help you be a better troll, too.

Get some maturity and stop trying to start arguments.

It's very obvious now that you're trolling. No trolling, please.

I'm not upset. I just love mocking idiots and take every opportunity to do so.
