Using free hosting sites such as triangle.gs shows that you have no dedication twords your server. If dedicated players want to join the server, free hosting deprives them of being able to fully appreciate the server. If staff wants to make the server an enjoyable experience, free hosting limits their opportunity. By the way you speak, no offence, it looks like you have no future plans for the server. Why should we accept you? I can bring a lot to our community/players. First off making it creative and fun. I always want players that are enjoying without any salty/toxic players. I can always greet someone with a warm welcome if it is their first time so they would like to continue on in the server. I will also bring another strong staff member to the team because I will always commit my best to what I am doing. I am responsible, either I have to take responsibility of an error or help someone. I will always stay on task to get something fixed or done. I will also go out of my way to contribute to the server and help everyone. I will always ban hackers because I am really focused on the task at hand. Tasks can be for example speaking to someone on team speak or helping them in game. Most times I see this in servers and I really want to help them but I have no change and no way to stop the person that is effecting things. I know a lot of staff members are busy on other stuff and I can understand that. I could be messing around and still pay attention to chat or players calling for help. I will always listen to reports and tp the the person that is setting them off. Either freezing them or getting them to screenshare.
(I am actually not that great at screen sharing, but can learn more about which files to look in). I make the server feel clean because I know they are a lot of hackers out there switching around servers to hack and kill people and make their day go down. I will do everything I have to stop the hackers or trouble makers and make players have a good time. Along with the clean community, I also wanted to add the part about if someone says "kys" or something that is suicide encouragement, I will mute them as fast as possible because death threats are not tolerated. I will also clear the chat is I have permission and if it is in rules to do so. Just to get rid of the bad content. In conclusion I just wanted to say that if I do get accepted or denied. I will always be helping players no matter what because all people get respect when first met.

Past Experience: I co-owned a small server in late 2014 with a friend, it never grew so we had to scrap it. Though it never worked out as we originally planned, I think I learned a lot.
Why should I be chosen: I am a clean and organized person who can bring excelent probelm solving skills and troubleshooting expertise to your server. I can work well in tough positions and am good at working under pressure.
Maturity level: Although my age might suggest otherwise, me and the people around me normally say that I am very mature. I've taken online mental age tests and such and got answers like 56 and 45. I believe that I could bring a positive mature face of staff to your server by leading through example.
Are you responsible enough?: As I outlined in the previous question, I believe that I am definitly responsible enough for this position. I could offer a mature and responsible environment for this server.
Plugins in-game: I know the commands for many of the common plugins(like Essentials, ChatHelp, WorldEdit) pretty well, and am a fast learner for ones I may not know.
Plugins I know: Essentials and similar, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, PermissionsEx, Multiworld, VanishNoPacket, and those are the ones I remember off the top of my head.
PEX: Yes, I am quite familiar with PermissionsEx, as I spent alot of time figuring it out with my own server when I had it up. Now I know ways to troubleshoot through Debug mode and console monitoring. I also know some good materials for information on it.

I can Help make the website, help setup the server for voting sites. I can also give a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to the server. I try my best and always complete a task that i am given. I can also be very active on the server and spend on average 3 or more hours on weak days and more on weekends and holidays. I am on holiday at the moment so this will give me a lot of time to invest in the server and i can there for spend on average 6 or so hours. I can also manage and deal with people well and i don't abuse my power.
I feel that i would be one of the best person for this roll, as i said before i have been staff on many servers and have run my own faction server in the past. Because of this i can give good advise and help with any problems you may have, and if i don't know how to do something i can use google.
