It appears as though 1.8 has changed the way that seeds generate maps from now on.
Thus, rather than flame Notch about it, I am going to put this here to begin the creation of a new list of excellent seeds.
So far I have no seeds myself, but if I find a good one I will put it here. Put the ones you find in here and we will get a good list going :smile.gif:
If you could post in:
<seed string>, <starting biome>, <difficulty rating/10>, <terrain style>
that will enable my use of CTRL+C > CTRL+V, rather than having to type out or select portions of your post.
