posted a message on Kitsunes in Minecraft! - Mod Idea
A simple mod, which would add Kitsunes into the game. Kitsunes would be large foxes with anything from 1 to 9 tails. The more tails, the more attack damage and HP the Kitsune has.

    Mobs

Inari Kitsune - a white Kitsune. A peaceful mob unless attacked. Spawns during the day in wooded areas. Comes in 1-9 tails. You can trade with them for various rare items in return for a Celestial Crystals. The more tails the Inari has, the better trades it has. They have a chance at dropping an Inari Kitsune Tail, Celestial Crystals, a Diamond, or an Emerald. The rarest drop would be a white Hoshi no Tama, or Star Ball.

Nogitsune - A black kitsune. A hostile mob which will attack on sight. They spawn at night and in caves. They come in 1-9 tails. The more tails the kitsune has, the more dangerous it is to fight. They have a chance of dropping a Nogitsune tail or various gems found in the game, along with Celestial Crystals or a black Hoshi no Tama, or Star Ball.

All kitsunes are very fast, and have the ability to teleport like an Enderman. The fewer tails it has the lest frequently it does this. Its teleports are silent, making it harder to see where the Kitsune will attack from.

Nine Tailed Kitsune - An extremely rare mob. Nine tailed Inari can spawn during the day in wooded areas. Nine tailed Nogitsunes can spawn at night or deep in caves.

HP is around 300, and they have a boss bar above them.

    They have special attacks.

Inari: Inflict effects like fire and slowness. They are extremely fast, and teleport frequently like an Enderman. They set the ground around them on fire and have fire breath. They use a slash and bite attack, which can inflict three hearts of damage if you face one without armor. They whisper and growl creepily and attack from every side. They occasionally spawn 1-3 tailed kitsunes to distract you from them and slowly regenerate health as you fight. They are much harder to fight because you have to attack them first and thus is not a surprise boss fight.

You can trade with an Inari Nine-Tail. While their trades are very expensive, they are worth it and you can get extremely rare items, if you have enough diamonds and/or Celestial crystals.

Nogitsune: Inflict effects like poison, blindness, and nausea. They are extremely fast and teleport like an Enderman. While they don't spout fire like the Inari, they keep you blinded the entire time you fight them and their bites and slashes can have a poison and nausea effect, or even rarely the Wither effect! They whisper and growl creepily and attack from every side. They are not as hard to fight as the Inari; since they attack on sight.

They have special rare item drops.

Inari: Nether Star, white Hoshi no Tama, white Kitsune Tails, enchanted golden apples. Chance of dropping a piece of Inari Armor or an Inari Sword.

Nogitsune: Nether Star, Black Hoshi no Tama, Black Kitsune Tails, enchanted golden apples, and a chance of dropping a piece of Nogitsune armor or the Nogitsune sword.

    Items

Inari Armor. This is crafted from Inari Kitsune Tails. It is stronger then diamond, but hard to obtain, since kitsunes are a rare spawn. It grants the wearer with speed, strength, and resistance. It puts off light when worn. It is a beautiful, shimmering white armor.

Inari Sword. This is crafted from Inari Kitsune tails. This sword has +8 attack damage, and comes with sharpness and has high durability. It deals extra damage on undead and nether creatures. A shining white sword, that puts off light when held by the player.

Nogitsune Armor. This is crafted like Inari armor, but with Nogitsune tails. It grants the wearer night vision, as well as something called "Hostile Aura" - This gives you a chance to not be spotted by hostile mobs. It also allows you to pass by Nogitsune unseen, but be careful - if you are wearing it Inari might attack you! This armor is black as night.

Nogitsune Sword: Like the Inari Sword, but crafted from Nogitsune Tails. This sword has +8 attack damage, and comes with sharpness and high durability. It does extra damage on creepers and spiders. It has a small chance to inflict poison or whither damage on enemies. It looks like a sword made out of shadows. Harder to obtain, but beefy, since you can't trade with Nogitsune.

Hoshi no Tama - This can be used to summon a Kitsune to fight for you. As long as you hold the Hoshi no Tama, the Kitsune will be bound to you. It can be right clicked to be dismissed. To summon it you right click the ground. You can give your Kitsune kitsune tails; sometimes it will grow extra ones and get stronger. Be wary, though - if you throw your Hoshi no Tama with the bound kitsine out, it will take it back and attack you!

A white Hoshi no Tama will summon an Inari Kitsune.

A black Hoshi no Tama will summon a Nogitsune.

Celestial Crystals: Can be mined, or dropped by Kitsunes on death. As rare as diamonds. Can be found in chests in dungeons. These are used to trade with Inari Kitsunes.

Feel free to add your ideas to this mod! This is one I'd love to see done! Especially by somebody who can make a really cool Kitsune model!

posted a message on Befriendable Enderman Mod
As one who likes Enderman, I'd love to find a way to get one on my side!

The idea is as follows - If you can manage to hang around an Enderman long enough without provoking it, it can get used to your presence. Eventually, it'll stop getting provoked when you stare at it.

Once you manage to get to this stage, it will not despawn if you walk away, and will stay in the general area where you can find it again.

At this point, a relationship bar appears over its head.
Maybe text appears in your chat box - "The Enderman seems curious about you. Maybe you can finally look at it!" (Or something better for people better with wording xD )

You can do various things to make the Enderman like you.

1 - Craft a special item that you place in the room you want the Enderman to teleport in to. Your house must be three blocks tall or taller or it will not work and the Enderman will not teleport into your house. Two reasons you will want this. One - The Enderman won't attack, and is ready to be befriended. You don't want it to die halfway through the process! Two... It gives you a big boost in relationship status with your Enderman.
The item would look similar to a small beacon. The crafting recipe would be like the Beacon, but instead of a Nether Star in the center, it would be redstone or glowstone dust. This beacon-like thing would put off the same brightness as a glowstone. When it rains, this will serve to invite the Enderman into your house, or shelter. To further boost the progress of this, you can throw a splash potion of healing at it and heal it right up if it has taken damage before it entered your home.
2 - This is simple. Mine up any block that an Enderman can carry, and give the Enderman blocks. It will make your potential friend happy. This will give a boost in the relationship bar.
3 - Give the Enderman a Diamond Block. This will fill the relationship bar completely making him instantly tamable!
The relationship status will also increase on its own over time.

Once the relationship bar is full, you get the text in your chat box. "The Enderman likes you! It can now be tamed!"
At this point, of course, you can tame the Enderman with an Energy Orb. The Energy Orb is made at your enchantment table and is a drop from mobs. You use one experience to create one energy orb. Once you have this, you can right click the Enderman, and hearts appear around your Enderfriend. A box will come up, with a pre-generated name which you can change or leave as it is. After this the name will remain over the Enderman's head.

The Energy Orbs will have a lot of uses for your Enderman. They can be used to restore your frienderman's health, or increase its energy/attack damage and total health. When you hover over it, a little GUI shows off to the side. This shows your Enderman's health and energy. Energy is what your Enderman needs to Teleport. While it regenerates on its own over time, you can give it an instant boost with an Energy Orb.

Now that you have your Enderman friend, what is it good for?

Once befriended, you can make a second item, crafted from an energy orb and a stick. (It would look like a green torch) You place this in the general area you want your Enderman to place the blocks it brings you. (That way it won't clog up your house with blocks! You can have it place them somewhere you can easily go mine them up, or even leave them alone if it's not an ore you want. As mentioned, it will sometimes randomly bring you blocks. Usually more common blocks, like coal ore or iron ore, but very rarely it might bring rarer ores like emerald, gold, restone, or diamond ore, or even a diamond block.

It will also fight for you, utilizing its teleportation ability fully. If it runs low on health or energy during a battle, it will teleport away to safety. This makes you less likely to lose your Enderman, since it does take a bit of work to tame them.

Your new friend can teleport you places. Right click with an empty hand has you holding its hand, and you right click where you want it to teleport you. Unlike an Ender Pearl, it won't do any damage to you, but the Enderman will only do so many teleportations before it grows tired and you have to restore its energy.

The more energy orbs you give it, the more total energy and health it has. So you can level your new friend up.

Perhaps your Enderman friend joins you in the End. He helps keep the other Endermen off your back, and helps you attack the dragon. Be careful, though - the dragon could easily kill your friend!

And finally, after you defeat the dragon, the Endermen become like wolves. They will not attack you unless you attack them first; and are all tamable with the energy orbs.

There is one item you can only obtain from a tamed Enderman. You right click it with an empty bottle, and gain "Essence of Ender."
You can't do this too much, though, since it is a big drain on your Enderman's energy!

The Essence of Ender can be used for several potions.

Ender Heal - Throw it down, and this potion heals you and your Enderman, no matter where you are.

Call Ender - Throw it down, and it calls your Enderman to your side.

More uses of Essence of Ender up to suggestion.

One thing to craft for your Enderman friend will be a water resistance amulet. This would be crafted with gold and a diamond. This is then placed in the enchanting table, where you can get an enchanted water resistance amulet. This would cost five experience, as much as a name tag. You right click your Enderman friend with it, and it will appear like a necklace. The Enderman can now be out in he rain and in water without dying. Without this amulet, touching water will make the Enderman retreat to the room the "beacon" is in, since that serves as a homing point for your Enderman. This is where it would go if it took too much damage or it started raining. It would remain there until its health regenerated or you healed it. (Only tamed Endermen would regenerate health, at about the rate a player regenerates health with a full hunger bar )

The AI of the Enderman would be smarter then a wolf. It would stay out of the way when you are fighting enemies. Maybe it teleports away from any harm dealt by you so you can't hit your Enderman. (Kinda like they teleport away from arrows and potions of harming)

If your enderman dies, you can craft an item to resurrect it. Your Enderman will drop a special Ender Pearl, that will have its name tag over it. You can not throw this pearl to teleport.

You will need a potion called "Elixir of Life" This can be something that can be dropped by a witch, traded with from a villager, or crafted yourself at the brewing stand.

You then craft something similar to a Beacon. Two obsidian blocks, with a redstone block between them, five glass, and the elixir of life in the middle. The resulting block is called "Resurrection Chamber"

Finally, you take your Enderman's pearl, and right clock the block. The Elixir of Life and your Enderman's pearl will be used up, and your Enderman will spawn next to the resurrection chamber.

I imagine any pet you can get in the game can potentially drop an item that can be used on this resurrection chamber!

If anybody can make this mod, that would be totally awesome. (1.7.10, 1.7.2, and maybe 1.8? )

posted a message on My personal take on Endermen - Concepts!
So I've been working on fleshing out my own version of the Endermen. I've put a lot of thought and time into it cause I like the creatures. xD
You can see what I've gotten down here https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10154428/1/My-Thoughts-on-Endermen

Warning - there is some MINOR PG-13 content in th document linked above, nothing big; but for any race/creature I create I always come up with how their reproduction works; how they find mates, and such. This is not described in detail. I kinda did this in the style of a scientific documentation, or a list of observations that could be made by somebody who has watched Endermen long enough. And we all know any scientist observing a creature. So I try to make it sound kinda realistic and believable without being "OMG IN YOUR FACE HAHA" xD (In other words, I handle it tastefully, I think.)

And without further ado - here be some concept sketches!

Male/Female comparison. Pardon the roughness of this sketch! This is just to get the basics down. I may flesh this out or re-do it later.

An Ender Baby (Colored, actually! :3 Sorry I fail so hard at drawing babies xD)

Two younger males facing off against eachother in a vicious-looking playfight. They mean eachother no harm, so it looks worse then it is!
The pouncing one was the 'attacker'
The lower one was the 'defender'
Again, sorry for roughness of sketch. xD

So whaddya think? :3 You like? Or do you think I need to get a life, get less bored, and go flesh out one of my own races? xD
If the latter is the case AAAH I SOWWY BUT... BUT THEY ARE TOO FUN NOT TO FLESH OUT! And I finished my last project! (Fully fleshing out how the Gods and Deities work in my universe xD)

I also made it so the Enderman could fit into any setting!

posted a message on Kingdoms of the Overworld Mod v1.6 [1.7.X/1.6.4] [SSP/SMP]
    Quote from AnimationWiz
If it doesn't have a spawner item you must be in the (latest) 1.4 version, I had to remove that structure from 1.4 because it was causing the entire mod to break and I couldn't figure out why. So it won't ever spawn, and there's no spawner item.

If you're in version 1.3.7 then you might find it in the deserts, but it is still rare. Try going into the config file and lowering the rarity.

Aaaah yeah that makes sense. :3
I saw it in a mod spotlight and wanted to play around with it, it looked really awesome, but I am using the latest version.
I LOVE the piston boots and elastic leggings. They are so so so so useful, seriously. I tend to take a lot of fall damage while running around (Not paying attention) and it does get annoying to have to jump over every block. Love this mod!

posted a message on The Herobrine Mod OFFICIAL 3.6

I hope you know your mod inspired me to draw. xD
Herobrine threw me across an entire freaking biome... I am NOT kidding. xD Went sailing over a jungle! An ENTIRE JUNGLE! Hit the ground, insta dead. xD I was like "WAT!!" because it threw me so far the game actually lagged loading the new chunks.

Since my fursona is the Floofdemon, I see myself having a love-hate relationship with 'Briney. xD
His partner in in crime/butt of all his evil pranks. xD

He kept saying he liked me and wanted to be my friend before brutally killing me!

Thus this little image was born. xD ENJOY WHAT YOUR MOD HAS CAUSED! :D

Also, a small bug report. When I use the updated mod (1.7.4) it doesn't work. He barely ever shows up, or shows up in worlds I didn't summon him in. I also notice, to get it to do the thunder effect with the "You don't know what you did" I have to remove and replace the totem block a few times. Sometimes he gets stuck to you, after he is killed. (You see the red figure on its side wherever you go)
I also notice a typo in "You will never be free" typoed as "You wll never be free" Not sure if that was on purpose or not.

1.6.4 works great, though, so I have a separate profile for 1.6.4 mods, and have been having an absolute BLAST playing with this mod!
