The best research I found regarding the console scam is that there are certain mods that conflict with Millenaire. I found that LotR mod conflicted with my millenaire. Unfortuneately I had to give up on that mod in favor of Millenaire. Now, I can't be sure which mod of yours is in conflict but mine cleared up after getting rid of Lotr. My guess is it must have to do to some mod that adds entities. I can run MCA and Archimedes for example.
On another relater note, Console spam. Ironically, I went to the other Millenaire forums and I almost missed it but there must be a conflict with LotR Mod.
Sure enough on a test world with LotR removed, I spawned in a Gros Burg. I was able to trade finally with no spam. And I could follow through with sword to lord quest without a crash. This is Forge .1126. I'm happy, we'll see if it lasts.
However, I'll miss LotR.
Question, if I add Lotr back in and start a new world will it fix the issue? Also, will updates each mod mess up Millenaire?
Have you tried "Schematica" by Lunatrius? It should let you copy the schematic from one world to the next but you still have to build it. There are tutorial vids available.
Oh, the 1st world with the building in question must still be available to copy, then you copy it as a schematic, and then you take the copy to the new world. What happens then is you get a ghost image pasted in. Next you replace with the real blocks.
I'm using latest version of mapwriter, (stupid editor won't let me add numbers). After a while, it seems I lose the ability to set height or add location markers. I deleted a previous mapwriter save folder. everything went to normal but quickly stopped working properly. It didn't crash the game nor did it stop the viewing of the map just its functions. Any ideas.
Installed on what Minecraft version with what Forge version? Any other mods installed?
Minecraft 1.7.2, with Forge 10.12.2.1147 and Millénaire should work fine. Make sure you have no other mods installed. If it works okay by itself, add the other mods one by one and see which one breaks Millénaire.
A question though, What about the console spam many of get with regard to villager entity update issues. Still don't know what causes it and can't play millenaire as is. Only way to use it if you want the creative tab open or NEI installed. Trying to spawn in villages is useless.
I finally hit shift and dismounted, not before destroying and replacing blocks and funiture. I could even move to other funishings but couldn't figure why I couldn't get unstuck. they need a /unstucj command like LotRO.
With all these issues I'm glad I have all/most of the village/buildings turned off. But I still the mod in my folder for creative item purposes.
Although many of the mods are updating to the new forge standard, the new forge is giving BamaBoy fits in updating MCA, although he wont say how. I just hope the new forge recommended doesn't cause any extra delays fixing Millenaire.
I couldn't find an answer while searching. I was creating a chair w/back and accidentaly got stuck to the chair. I even tried to break the seat and back but I can't move. Please help. I even saved and came back but still stuck in place.
That's bizarre. I'm running Forge .1112 and and current taverns without issue, however I am getting weird lags and crashes, not as much with .1112. BOP changes too often so, I would look at that mod for the issue.
Edit, I'm curious however if all the new subbiomes in BOP are giving forge fits?
Also just for laughs, try "Lord of the Rings" as a large Biome seed in 1.7.2. It has lots of Savanna, desert and plains. Also more villages than I have ever seen in a non-flat map. Every village has a smeltery except for a very few super-small ones.
