Past Experience: I recently Co-Owned a prison server called BossPrison. I built all of the mines, spawn, and the extra stuff. The server was very successful until the Owner had to shut it down, due to funds. I am also the Plugin Manager on a small server called PvECraft, which is not open yet. There I configured chat, set up kits, and created all the ranks.
Personality: I am a very friendly person who gets along with everyone. I like to listen to everyone's ideas and encourage them to do what they are suppose to do. I am also very creative, I always have ideas that can help improve the server and increase the amount of players!
Experience on Factions servers: I was recently Moderator on a Hub server called the Cosmic Network. I was then demoted for not playing for awhile, because I took a baseball to the head and got a concussion. Sadly the server is still up and I am no longer staff.
What are you good at?: I am very good at building! I have been building for 2 years now. My favorite style is probably medieval, which I have built many cities out of. I am also very good at communicating with others and always finding out a solution to things. I can also do many different technical things. With my experience I know a lot about server configuration and essentials.

Experience in your position: I have been playing minecraft for 3 years now. Its only been about a year since I've started to get an interest in minecraft plugins and what not. I have been setting up servers for the past 6 months. The first 6 months were learning about all the small things and figuring out how to set up plenty of huge plugins on a server of my own. I have Co-Owned a small OP-Prison server, which had crates, 30+ ranks, a custom selling system, prestige ranks, and tons of custom built mines. That server went down around half a month ago due to lack of funds (Sadly).
What makes you better then others: The overall experience I have with plugins and configuring plugins. I am also a very experienced builder, so when I have freetime I can help out with any building that needs to be done. I am also very skilled with PermissionsEx and GroupManager, making it easy for me to set up permissions, setup certain ranks, and create donor ranks. I am also the only person to apply for Plugin Manager so far :). I am a very easy person to work with and I listen to everyone's ideas.

If hacker gets on and starts hacking and cheating, and you are the only staff online, what would you do?: Ban them, and consult the head of management on the server and tell them if they think anything different.
If a person advertises about another server or something, what would you do?: Temp Ban them, and when there ban is done and they come back and do it again, they'll get a ban.
Tell me a little about yourself: I am 15 years old. I live in Wisconsin on the lake. I grew up in a family of 8, me being the youngest one. All my siblings have moved out and I'm the only one left living at the house, giving me plenty of time on my hands to work with you and your server. I am also very athletic. I do baseball, basketball, soccer, track and field, and cross country. Cross Country being my favorite since I am the best at that and love to run and compete against others.

What abilities do you have to offer: I am generally a very handy person to have on your server. I am very good with plugins, permissions, and nodes. I know almost everything about groupmanager and permissionsex. I am also a very experienced builder. I have built on plenty of servers and have gotten fairly good. Also, I am very experienced with Moderating and Administrating servers.
If you are a donator, why choose to be a Moderator instead of starting out as a Helper: I am not a donator.
Explain how you have helped others on a server: I can help anyone with anything. Somebody has a problem about grief, I'll find out who did it and make sure they are punished for what they have done. If anyone disagrees with something on the server, I will make sure I confront the Owner or anyone of high authority on the server about that. I can also answer anyones questions easily because I will make sure I know about the server inside and out.
Please give an example of how well you are at leading others, and making sure they get their tasks done: I am a very positive person. I help people get their stuff done my encouraging them, and telling them they are doing a very good job and they should keep doing what they're doing. I will also get my tasks done on time, and with the highest quality possible, putting a great example on others and showing them they can do what I can.
How active are you willing to be: I am willing to be active around two to three hours on Weekdays except for Thursdays and around four to five hours on the weekends.
Do you think using powers for the point of fun/your benefit is okay, or is that completely wrong: I think it really depends on who owns the server, and how serious the server is. If the server is a huge server with plenty of people on, you probably shouldn't be messing with players because it might cause them to leave the server. On the other hand, if its a really small server with hardly anyone on but the staff it might be okay.
