I will, haha, and no - as much as I wish I knew all of these amazing languages, I must admit I just kinda made it up. I assume you mean Pananion? When I looked it up, that seemed to have some significance to Wales. But I assume you are Welsh speaking? If so, that's awesome!Quote from Miss_Jillian
A lovely solid start, do please finish it! Also, that name is Welsh, so you must be a Welsh speaker?
Sure, I'll see what I can do for you; Maybe I'll make a video tutorial of layer by layer or something? I'll get something up asap. Thanks!Quote from GuiiSanttos
Holy cow i love this house, could you please post its dimension, or even some other pictures, of the other sides please?
May 9, 2012I'm not done with that yet, but I will be building a sort of chute I guess into the tower, and I'll probably have to do some changes to design in that case. Or perhaps It'll be a secret; after all, it is magic ;DPosted in: Screenshots
May 9, 2012Mynyddron: The Wizard's CorePosted in: Screenshots
History: (I'm making this up as I go, as usual) It is said that all blocks in Pananion have power that can be harvested to a significant potential, but only by those with the will to do so. Many years ago, this act of using the magic power of the blocks was outlawed. A wizard who had been studying the power of the blocks for the "Good Fight" against those attempting to malevolently use the power the blocks held. He was however, banished by the Emperor from the town of Mynyddron, where the King of this area had sympathy for him, building the wizard a tower he was soon confined to. Some of the older folk from the town around the tower still fear for their lives from the evils of magic. It is unknown whether the wizard has turned to evil due to being banished, or whether he still wishes to ward off the evil wizards of the realm.
Information: Okay, this is my first creation officially posted on the forums, and it's not at all done at the moment, but I feel as though if I start a thread I will feel more dedicated to finishing it, especially if people enjoy it. The town is meant to be a very minor sort of mystery map, but that may not come along until the end. The mystery of course being what was alluded to at the end of the history section above. I've only ever taken on one major project, and it turned out pretty well, so I'm hoping this one will do the same, and that I can make more in the future. I will likely just post updates every time I make a major change to the town in different sections with pictures, since this is the screenshot forum and all. Yes there will be a download when it is done, as I get annoyed myself when I see an amazing map (not saying this will be so) and you can't get an interactive look yourself.

A close-up of the only house currently on the map q.q
The Wizard's Tower
A closeup of the actual tower..
Info: Added a house, fixed the windows on the first one thanks to "Chris7554", added a tavern, and a sort of way around a bridge in the waterways. Also replaced some of the area under the tower with stone brick.

Basement of the above room (i.e. the Tavern)
The New Stone Brick Walls..
The mini "sewer" area that lets you go around the minor bridge..
Another overheadish isometric view

Step 3: Step 4:
Note: There are upside down wooden stairs under all of the newly added logs.
Step 5: Step 6: Step 7: Step 8: Step 9: Step 10: Step 11: Step 12: Step 13: Cobblestone Half steps on the top!Step 14: Trapdoors on the wool blocks on the second floor only Here's the album of the images if you want a few more detail specific pictures. Also I'd suggest adding blocks to the side of the stairs in front of the front door, I just forgot to.
Thanks for viewing, and any suggestions are welcome, as well as constructive criticism!
May 4, 2012Antes posted a message on When you started, did you try to spam click to break blocks?Yeah haha, it took me like 15 minutes of thinking I had to click faster or something until finally I looked it up and it was in an FAQ or something, haha.Posted in: Survival Mode
May 3, 2012Uhm.. It's hard to recall. But I'd reckon I felt the *best* when either 1.) I captured my first dungeon (Skeleton) and made it into a mob trap without the help of a video, or 2.) When I made my first *real* house with a design to it. Although that was more of a continued feeling, and I kept the design style.Posted in: Survival Mode
May 3, 2012I'm getting a bit tired of jungles spawning everywhere. I like an extreme hills area adjacent to perhaps a taiga or any other snowy biome, possibly a desert (although I tend not to actually play survival on these worlds and usually cheat because for some reason the desert biome makes me feel inclined to do so) nearby as well. In general, I want to see trees and a relatively flat area. I don't like plain snow biomes however, especially when it starts actually snowing. Also I like spawning by villages, but I feel cheated when I do at the same time because = free food at the farm and free loot from the blacksmith, and I feel like an idiot not taking any of it.Posted in: Survival Mode
May 3, 2012Yeah, likewise I had like 2 stacks and 7 or something. This was my first world with an enchantment table. I used whichever enchantment it was that gives you extra drops from blocks. Looting or something?Posted in: Survival Mode
Edit: Fortune gives you more loot from blocks; thanks mayorofcrazytown
May 3, 2012I did for this one server. I was extremely irritated that I was getting raided practically every. So I used it to try and hide my base (Practically impossible), and I used it to find bases to raid (revenge, of course). It wasn't allowed on the server, but I was kinda p'od so I didn't care. It was useful, but I can see why it'd be a problem.Posted in: Survival Mode
Edit: And yeah only used the texture pack, and downloaded optifine so I wouldn't be obvious with the switching of my texture pack constantly (Lets you change your pack in-game)
May 2, 2012For some reason, yeah. It was like before watches came out and I used a bunch of gold which I considered useless to make a gold tool of every type, then survived for a day with only those tools. Wasn't hard really haha.Posted in: Survival Mode
Apr 28, 2012Wow. That's amazing lol. Looks like some sort of transformer. That'd be sweet if it worked; from epic castle to epic rampage robot xDPosted in: Screenshots
Gosh I suck in comparison. Also I laughed at those little tanks on the bottom haha
