    (Previously, "Morning Star")




    Info
    A bright styled, RPG resource pack that tried to contrast the dark, grimy stuff in the resource pack world! This pack is built on Steelfeather's simple pack showdown palette! You may know me from the TAU or my other pack, Libertas. Where ever you may have came from, feedback would be greatly appreciated! :D
    Due to life and college and whatnot, I cannot garuntee 100% completion anymore. But whatever I work on, will be released as an update.

    FEATURES

    • Alternate blocks! This pack features many random variants within several blocks, most notably the ores, in order to provide a smooth experience!
    • Custom advancement names! This pack even renames all the advancements, giving a breath of fresh air to that aspect of the game!
    • Tool degradation! The lower the tool's durability is, the more damaged it appears!
    • Glass CTM! (Clear only, for now). This feature requires the latest version of OptiFine! I do plan on expanding this to the dyed glass!

    2. Start up Minecraft
    3. In the menu, go to, "Options"
    4. In options, go to "Resource Packs"
    5. Click on "Open resource packs folder"
    6. Move "Morning's Rise.zip" into this folder
    7. Select the resource pack, it should move to the right hand side
    8. Enjoy!

    v0.14 Released!

    Oof, that was a doozy. Tried to get as much stuff done as possible before 1.13 released.

    PLEASE!! If you find ANY bugs, report them to me with detail (what version of the pack you're using, the version of the game, etc.)
    1.13 required me to change names of a lot of files and it's likely I may have missed some! I tried to scour the entire pack and squish as many bugs as I could but I am certain there is some textures still wigging out.

Plus I know who you are and I don't really care for your art or textures due to the same exact thing you are accusing mine of repeating invisible lines that don't actually exist. Second grass is on purpose not sure why you hate it but others love it, so it's a preference thing and keeping it.


    Stop telling people to redo a whole thing when they don't have time, do you have time to do all your resourcepacks and make them look good. No, just simply have someone tell them what textures you like and ones you don't like.



    Everyone's first is garbage. Simply put. My first textures were garbage, so I redid them. And again, and again, until they were at least passable.



    Lastly, you always belittle and antagonize people just because you think you are better, which you aren't. I've watched you post so many times I'm starting to think you believe you think you are texture god, you aren't so knock it off on those things k.



    I'm certain Alvoria doesn't put himself on a pedestal. In fact, I see him constantly ground his own ego and position in reality.


    With as much experience and talent that he's gained from years of texturing and general art work, I feel like his advice is very valuable. It's gotten me to where I'm at today.


    Not once did he "belittle" or "antagonize" you or your artwork. He simple pointed out the blatant flaws of it.



    Honestly learn to do constructive crtiticism and not flat out rip people to the point of never wanting to do art, because that is all you are doing and quite frankly it's not nice even as a moderator who now shouldn't be a mod because of that.



    Friend, that is exactly what he did. Not only did he point out the critical flaws in your pack, but he gave you some advice to help you improve upon it.


    If you don't want his advice, sure. Go ahead ignoring it. No one's stopping you and no one can change your mind on that.

    Did a few things today.


    Redid clay (left) and changed old clay to be the Phantom Membrane (right)



    Husk. I tried to go for an inhuman mummy look, but with less bandages. I tried to make him look dry and sandy



    Drowned. On this one, I wanted a classic "swamp monster" look, with something hideous covered in algae. I really like how this guy turned out :)

    posted a message on Anybody Else's Minecraft 1.13 Crash Constantly Upon Launch?

    Everytime I try to boot up Minecraft 1.13, it constantly freezes and I am forced to close it. The launcher re-opens, saying "It crashed :(" and there isn't any logs about it in the folder.


    It also freezes when on the pause menu, and crashes. This is extremely annoying, as I'm just having it open to test any textures I've made for the game

    Another unnecessary change. I feel like keeping resource packs cross compatible with versions from then on is important, since we all are gonna stop working on it eventually
