XSSheep, this has turned into my go to texture pack for quite some time now, it's amazing. You made me appreciate 16x again. Thank you for all your hard work over the years. Hope to see you and this texture pack for many more!
Hey sheep! Love love love this texture pack. You have one of those texture packs where I think to myself, "This is what default minecraft should look". Haha
I love everything about this pack, but I have one very minor complaint. I love your new sky boxes, but I miss the old crumbling planet/moon the old sky box had. The new planet and moon looks good but out of place. The old one had a very retro look to it and added this mystery to world. Like I said, its a minor nitpick. I freakin love everything else though.
I love the cats! Yay no more default overworld stuff, hehe. I'm actually more excited for 1.5 to come out just to get ahold of the new release of this pack! All the new textures you've done for 1.5 look incredible.
Always refreshing to see a texture pack artist who is able to keep up well with updates without relying on fan made textures!
I'm loving the wolves and quartz blocks!
It's just refreshing to see an artist who continues to even update their texture pack...every time I find a good one it ends up getting discontinued... :/ XD
I'm already aware of this. I'm working on snapshot content and other things, so my unreleased WIP pack for 1.5 does already work properly.
Ok cool, I tested this pack out and I LOVE it...it makes everything I have made, look 100x better...I love your style you use as well! Can't wait to get a hold of the 1.5 version of this pack...Cheers.
Hello, I just found out about this texture pack...I really love the way it looks, it reminds me a lot of Eld Pack...which is unfortunately not around anymore . I'm dying to get my hands on this...but I have been working on a big project in the 1.5 snapshot that I plan to carry over to the official release. I can't wait, also I love the new quartz blocks and wolf...and I for one think the angry wolf looks very nice.........or "angry" I should say.
Also...if you are not aware...Dinnerbone has a tool that will make getting this pack ready for 1.5 as easy as the press of a button. I'll provide a link if you are not aware.
1st: Is the "dragon.owned" message when a dragon is not a full adult yet... I assume this is just a bug and would normally just say something along the lines of "The dragon is not old enough to tame"
2nd: Is every now and then when I dismount a dragon my feet will get stuck underground...simply remounting and dismounting again usually helps.
3rd: Is the dragon seems to act a little...........stupid....when it comes to following you around....when ever I start to climb a mountain or hill the dragon acts like it can't jump over something that is one block high....he just does this awkward jumping like he is stuck. (which is strange since if I manually control a dragon by mounting it, it walks over one block high edges with ease)
Hope I didn't confuse you or anything, hope this helps......just ignore me if you already knew all this.
I should've tested the localization strings again... that is supposed to be the message you get if you try to use a dragon that was tamed by someone else on a server. Which is also weird in case you're playing alone.
That is odd....but I found out the reason was he was not a full adult yet, I was able to tame him just fine once he got to a full adult. This mod is very nice...I hope to continue to see updates from you.
Hello there, testing this mod for the first time...it looks amazing, but for some reason when my dragon hatches, I can't tame it when it grows up....it keeps saying "dragon.owned". Is this some kind of bug or do I have to wait longer or something?
Yeah, I know what you mean with the Emerald block. I tried my best to make one, which is based off of one of the textures for a mod, but it just didn't come out right...and, to be honest, just in my personal opinion, I actually like the more yellow-green that the guy who made the ore and gem colors used. Seeing as though Eld typically does deviate a bit in color compared to the original textures, I don't think it's too out of place, but I might make some small modifications to them, if you want :3
I think it will be fine the way it as, as Eld kinda made his diamonds an emerald green color anyways.
