It did, thank you.
Remind me never to sign up for beta again.
Why would they let people sign up for something that's so difficult to leave?
I have spent the greater portion of the last three hours searching to find out how to back out of the beta version.
Really, to no avail.
I have unenrolled from the beta, uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled.
I've cleaned up temp files, old installation files, system files, and restarted.
Reinstalled, STILL BETA!
I know it's in the cache somewhere, google has told me so in several topics spread across these forums, and the windows 10 forums, but me being about as handy at programming as a fish is at walking, I may need some help.
I don't know where to look for the cached beta file or how to remove it.
Should be invites soon.
Invite should be on the way sometime soon.
Don't be shy, guys.
We don't bite or anything...
I just made a rough skeleton spawnner exp farm today...
We're starting to get a decent starting area.
Here are some shots of spawn area so far, the maps been up for all of 4 or 5 days now, so it's basically ground floor to join us now.
I checked briefly, yes.
Then I came here to see if there was anyone else experiencing this before reportig it, or if I'd done something wrong.
My game crashed a moment ago, and upon opening it again, the datapack was there and enabled.
I feel like a moron now, I don't know what I did or didn't do that caused it...
The comparator senses the item in the dropper and sends a pulse, spitting out the item.
If it's in a 3x3 of solid blocks, it rises automatically to the first air pocket it finds, [The one block space above the hopper/water stream transport system.]
If there was only a single item, the system goes idle, if there's several, it will continue to pulse until the dropper is empty.
Item elevators are pretty simple to create.
My go to is a pretty simple one using a comparator, 2 repeaters and 7 dust.
I can screenshot it, if you'd like.
Even more so with 1.13 coming next week, and the new items in water physics.
Past the elevator it's just a matter of collecting them at the top with hoppers or water streams and piping them into chests.
Adding the screenies anyway.
Obviously, adjust the glass [or any solid block] tower to desired height.
And that is a dropper, not a dispenser. Forgot that part. xD
I had the same issue.
I tore my hair out, and the farm its self apart for weeks trying to figure out what the issue was.
I started trying to build a new one in a new area, and the owner of the realm switched maps on me again.
My redstone is used for sorting systems, automating some farms, my auto smelter, and garbage disposal system.
Past that, I make observers, and use them as heads on golem bodies dotted around my base as guards. xD
Previous to me finding Xaero's Minimap, I got lost a lot in caves.
Because my brain can't translate the F3 overlay to locations.
Anyway, lost for an hour in a cave, mined near a stack of diamonds because of a badass fortune 3 pick.
Doing alright, trying to find my way to the surface, keep ending up going down, I decide to dig straight up, and pillar out.
Between me and the surface was an underground lava lake...
