Feb 2, 2013Anbu posted a message on Super Craft BrothersSethBling made a server, (was it sethbling? Could a been someone else,) but I'm pretty sure it was. I was playing on it like an hour ago.4 people are in the server max. I think though he should make it more like the minez server, where you click the sign it teleports you to a mini server which holds a certain amount of people.Posted in: News

He's said that there will be an option for caves. And who doiesnt like creative, plus a bunch of things is also being added for survival as well, such as armor in these update, and signs.Quote from Doggle88
I don't understand why they are updating unnecessary things like stairs which only people in creative really use? They should be adding things like caves, different world generations, a few new biomes, bigger worlds more crafting and that sort of thing. And don't say it can't work, Minebuilder did it and the new 5th generation ios devices (and the Samsung S3 and Tab 2) can handle the sort of thing in there full retina/hd displays with no lag. They work extremely well. I know that when I had Minebuilder on my 4th Generation devices and my really bad quality samsung phone (early android device) that I didn't suffer from lag (on my phone I suffer lag from unlocking the device sometimes) and they are considerably weak compared to the newer devices. Jeb keeps taking Minecraft into the wrong direction, Jeb is moving it into more a creative game rather than a survival/creative game (which after all is why it is famous).

Yep. I really like Creative ^^Quote from seanpyke
I'm ok without caves. I would have been happy, as long as it had creative and the full block set. I rather be creative on the go and do survival on the PC.

Raycasting is a rendering technique to create a 3D perspective in a 2D map. Back when computers were slower it wasn't possible to run real 3D engines in realtime, and raycasting was the first solution. Raycasting can go very fast, because only a calculation has to be done for every vertical line of the screen. The most well known game that used this technique, is of course Wolfenstein 3D.
Using this well-known technique, I have created a sample engine...
