I started a new game with 1.9 PR3 in hardcore mode. After battling some skeletons & creepers, then doing some deep mining, I opened my inventory and noticed something I'd never seen before. When I mouse over it, I get a blank description. I can't place it on the floor. What the heck are these things?

edit: Oh, it's a lillypad. I was thrown off by the color and lack of description. :smile.gif:

OK, I need some clarification. Do we need to put both the \client and \modloader contents into the minecraft.jar file? Both of these?

Another question. Are we supposed to use Modloader with Grass Fix or just plain Modloader? The mod description doesn't mention the need for the Grass Fix version. It also doesn't state that Modloader is an actual requirement. I assumed since there was a separate \client and \modloader folder, that Modloader was optional.

Are there any prerequisites for this to work?

Same problem here, Scaleeth. I'm running a fresh copy of Minecraft. Tried without Modloader by just inserting files under \client into minecraft.jar, and also with Modloader, inserting everything under \modloader. In both cases I've deleted the META-INF.

I also tried Modloader on its own and got black screen.

But Wildgrass 11.3 (and 11.2 before that) by itself is also causing blackscreen.

    ???

I'm reformating this old HP Pavilion zd8000 I have lying around, and I'm wondering if these specs can support singleplayer Minecraft.

GPU - ATI Mobility Radeon X600
    CPU - Intel Pentinum 4 CPU 2.80GHZ
    Ram -512 Mb

I'm leaning towards not playable at all, but I want to know If I'll be able to use this laptop for much more than web browsing.

Minecraft v1.3_01 works really well on my HP Pavilion zd8000 with the same specs as yours (and Windows XP) EXCEPT I upgraded my RAM and it now has 2.5gb. I play on Fancy & Normal draw distance. Before I upgraded the RAM, it had 1gb and playing was OK, sorta. It would slow down at times and I wasn't really happy with it. Now I can't believe how smooth it is. I'm surprised how well the Radeon X600 (256mb) runs this game.
