Minecraftopia is a long-time running server with something to cater to almost every crowd. If survival is your thing, we have 2 survival worlds; Survival is your run-of-the-mill survival experience, Utopia is an anything-goes survival experience. Both worlds have access to The Nether and The End. If creative is your thing, we have two creative worlds as well. Creative is where all creative builders go to make their art. If you want to truly stand out, we have a new world; Epic Creative. You have to apply to get in here. We're very picky about who we let build here. Plugins
[left]WatchBlock - Here at Minecraftopia, we take griefing very seriously. That's why our owner took the liberty of writing the plugin WatchBlock. What this plugin does is protect every single block you place as soon as you place it. No input is required on your part to activate this. Suppose you want to build with your friends, all you have to do is type '/wallow [playername]'. You can revoke this right at any point in time.[/left]
[left]Multiverse - This is the plugin that allows us to have all our different worlds. We've got 4 at the moment, as well as a few Nether and End worlds.[/left]
[left]Survival - Our standard Survival experience. We've got a booming economy, warring factions and a little PvP. In Survival, you can claim land to protect yourself from PvP and griefing. PvP isn't really a drawing factor for Survival. While it's allowed, it's generally frowned upon and considered poor etiquette. While you could easily play by yourself, the real draw in Survival is to join or create a faction to build up your strength, then band together to take down other factions. Betrayal is a common thing in the faction wars, so be on your toes![/left]
[left]Utopia - Our not-so-standard Survival experience. It's leaned more towards Vanilla with an "Anything goes" attitude. If you let yourself relax, you're just opening yourself up for trouble.[/left]
Griefing and PvP are both allowed and encouraged, you'll want to hide your safehouse somewhere that not only monsters can't find, but the players as well. There are no factions in Utopia, so you're on your own. Sure, you can play with other people, but ask yourself: Do you trust them?[/left]
[left]Creative - Our standard Creative experience. In Creative, you're given the ability to create whatever your heart desires. Want to build an ancient city? Go for it! Skyscrapers? Whatever you want! A dirt house? Well... If you want, I guess.We've got some very talented builders who have already made their mark on our server. We'd love for you to come make yours.[/left]
[left]Epic Creative - This world is extremely new to Minecraftopia. After seeing how fast our Creative map filled up, we realized it was hard for anybody to stand out in the crowd. So we created (no pun intended) Epic Creative! This world is meant to only be used by the best of the best builders. To get in, you first have to create something in our Creative world. Then, you can apply by using the command '/epicapp [comment]', which will then be responded to by our admins in due time. We are very strict on who we let in, so don't expect to just throw something together and get accepted.[/left]

[left]Hunger Games - Just recently added. Our Hunger Games has room for 24 tributes and runs all day long. A beautiful map with hidden chests stashed all over the place. While new, our members are already raving about it. Come see what all the buzz is about![/left]
[left]Building Competitions - Every week, a competition is held by the admins. A theme and time limit is set, then the participants get to work. The results are decided by a panel of unbiased judges. The top 3 builds are then put in the hall of fame for everyone to see. Occasionally, the best build will be given the honor of being used in other server functions.[/left]
[left]Spleef - Our spleef arena is the result of a building competition on the server. Combined with the EasySpleef plugin, this is our server's favorite pastime. It lets the server know if there are people playing, so as to get other people to join. After each match, the arena is reset for the next match![/left]
[left]Mob Arena - Feel like fighting for huge rewards? Mob Arenas might be your thing. First, you pick the arena you want to fight in and choose your class from the list in the waiting room. After everyone is ready, you'll be thrown into the arena with only one way out... death. As time goes on, the rewards will increase in value. Unfortunately, so will the difficulty of each wave.[/left]
[left]War Hub - In a War Hub, you'll be thrown into an arena with a few items while fighting other players for your life (or other goals). Currently, we have Team Deathmatch and Capture-The-Flag battles.[/left]
