A video I made last year when I had little idea what I was doing. Basically, do this a lot of times and it will lag the hell out of your game. Only needs a lot of redstone and any other block, like dirt.
Bet those come in handy a lot in this day and age.
You have no idea :wink.gif:
I like the idea of mold, though, i've had minecraft for 5 months now and haven't found a single dungeon, i want a way to make mossey cobblestone, though.
5 months?! I had 5 Zombie Dungeons found on the one save for a time (along with another 3 of other mobs). Usually wandering around in a large cave system is a good way to find them eventually, just listen out for gangs of the same mobs.
Oh, and Gobbie, but won't swarms of Zombies get really, really irritating? Especially with the worthless drops? I'd be sort of fine with it if we scaled down their health a lot though, and maybe the damage a little too.
everyone on this forum is sick! Eating zombie meat (i.e. cannibalism) and using their limbs as swords?!?! Are you guys hearing yourselves? KIDS play this game. In fact, first graders play this game. Stop acting like 7th graders going through puberty and thinking about violence 24/7 and just calm down
Nice generalising and stereotyping or alternatively exaggerative abilities you've got there. Bet those come in handy a lot in this day and age.
And why should I care what someone else does? I would expect a notable amount of first graders, or those around a similar age, also play a number of shooting games and FPS much, much more violent and realistic than those found in Minecraft.
I find using dismembered limbs of the walking dead as weapons a funny prospect, personally. There's no need to get into a big huff over because you find something offensive that others clearly don't.
And again, stereotyping and generalisations much? How many 7th Graders think about violence 24/7? At the age of puberty I'd imagine they'd be a very different focus point for them...
Oh, and LastDay, if we can get Mossy Cobble (changed to Moldy Cobble) from the mold too then I am SOLD on that idea.
Imagine this: Notch and his companions reveal they want going to add something new into Minecraft, but are unsure what exactly they want, so they create a poll to narrow it down.
Your choices are: some sort of plant, crop or tree, like perhaps shrubbery, a new friendly mob, like birds, a new enemy mob, like some sort of ghoul, or a new mine-able ore, like Uranium.
Going off of Martin's idea, we could have Zombies drop their flesh which functions as a 'dog treat', healing 0.5 of a heart of a dog its given to and doing nothing for the player.
What PurpleDuck said is fine too, and all the cookie and mushroom suggestions.
Actually, would making Zombies only drop one mushroom type, and the other (or both) being found throughout the world and in the Nether be a good idea?
Ah. Thats...a lot less complex than my method. D: I took three minutes to make a little one-block setup that created a pocket of air beneath it. It wasn't very fun because I kept failing at it.
EDIT: On second thoughts, has anyone figured out how to make an underwater torch like:
[] []
And is this even possible? No matter what I try, the water floods mine.
They still drop feathers, which, the sense behind this aside, are already dropped by chickens.
Perhaps maybe something a bit more useful or unique? A low charcoal chance? Partially used armour? Arrows? Flowers? A dismembered limb which can be used as a weapon?
If you REALLY don't want to move, you could try building up to the sky and creating a ceiling of alternating class and light sources to block and destroy falling snow.

I'd like to see Zombies get something worthwhile.

Wooden and Golden Shovels now do LESS damage than your own fists and anything not a Wooden or Golden Shovel.
Uh, what?

Maybe they need to recheck that?
