I still never understand why people spend lots of money building dedicated rigs when it's cheaper/easier to just rent a server.
3 things:
1. It's cheaper. Your internet could probably host 30ish people, to buy a server that can do the same would cost around $20 a month.
2. It's reliable. You will more than likely have a more stable connection plus you don't have to deal with hardware issues. Plus most hosting companies have helpful support.
3. The biggest thing is that I guarantee you will eventually get bored of your server or you won't get enough players. I had 3 different friends spend $150+ on getting a year's worth of server hosting, and after a month, all 3 of there servers were shut down due to inactivity. There's already dozens of thousands of MC servers out there. And in the end, you'll be spending $500 on something that you might not use.
Have you ever recorded with it. I'm over the shaders I found out a way to time-lapse it for 60 fps but I'm more concerned if it can record at 30 fps. Or if I should wait and but the $800 dell inspiron or $600 acer v nitro. Also if anyone knows, for minecraft is amd or Intel better?
I doubt a Dell Inspiron would be much better for $200.
Also AMD vs Intel (assuming you're talking about CPUs), it depends on the specific CPUs, but generally Intel is better than AMD since Intel usually has much better single core performance, which Minecraft takes advantage of.
In terms of GPU, Nvidia is better than AMD in the laptop department, and they're pretty equal in their desktop gpus.
If you can get the Acer with the GTX 950m for under $500, that would obviously be the best, but the other 2 Acers will do the job perfectly. Avoid the Toshiba, no dedicated GPU and Toshibas in general are pretty sketchy
This is a bit better. Better GPU & CPU. The FX-6300 is already a 4 year old CPU on a dead platform, even though with less cores the i3-6100 completely outperforms it .
even though it's an old CPU, will I have any problem with it in case I can't find a good price on the i5 where I live?
btw you're right, the RX 480 looks better for this so it's a good point to start the changes
It's just slow compared to modern i5s. Heck, even the i3-6100 outperforms it while having 1/4 of the cores and 1/2 of the threads. Not to mention it's on a dead platform so you'd have to replace the motherboard, ram, and CPU if you ever wanted to upgrade.
This build in general is very outdated. The CPU is 4 years old, and the GPU is 3 years old. The current "equivilent" to the R9 290 is the much newer RX480.
And add a $110 Nvidia GTX 950 and get much better performance than the Cybertron. Adding a GPU is very easy, just unscrewing 2 case screws, dropping it into the PCIe slot, and put the 2 case screws back in.
But even without the GTX 950, the Intel HD 530 will have no issues with minecraft, it'll run at 60 fps on good settings
I've broken 1 €50 Turtlebeach and two other €50 headsets (forget the brand) and my €10 JVC headphones from a sale are still fully operational. The sound is also fantastic.
Yeah I've owned 2 TurtleBeach headsets (both were free) and the first one broke, and the second one I just gave away. My old Razer headset has better build quality.

As a brand? Maybe. But it doesn't change the fact that no pre-built $600 PC will run shaders very well.

Not at the highest settings, but it should run most games at medium settings.

Any prebuilt PC under $600 won't run shaders without major lag. Doesn't matter whether it's Lenovo or Acer or whatever.

Yes, but I hope you're not paying 550 pounds for it, as that's a complete rip off

Honestly just keep the GTX 745. It's more than enough for Minecraft and sims

Stick with a modern Intel i5 + RX 480 build

It's ok, but overpriced.
Do you have any experience with swapping out computer hardware? You could get this computer: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16883159501

It's not exactly possible to replace the GPU on an All-In-One

Look for something with at least a Core 2 Quad. I bought a PC off eBay for 50 bucks with a Q6600 and 4gb of ram.
Something like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Optiplex-780-SFF-Intel-Core-2-Quad-Q6600-2-4GHz-2GB-RAM-320GB-Hard-Drive-/191904195665?hash=item2cae61a451:g:oNcAAOSwc1FXa~oW
Add another 4gb of ram, a cheapo $20 case, and a $30 500 watt EVGA power supply. Should be under $130ish
Avoid pretty much any Pentium 4 and the older AMD Athlons
