    It is misleading information, but actually when you see the infusion crafting recipe, you can see that you can use either *Blank* or *Lifegiver* to make Sustainer. Well, they are too strong to be stacked anyway.

    That's useful to know, does thaumcraft 6 add any body baubles yet?

    If I want my runic shielding to be even more op I might start wearing the headband of curiosity.


    No, i think only Botania with its cloaks does at the moment.

    Useful think I discovered, runic shielding doesn't have to be on mundane rings, so you can put it on your cloudstepper ring/necklace/any bauble you want as well.

    Warning you lose all shielding you had on a ring when you infuse it to make a cloudstepper.


    You can actually put runic shielding on any bauble and armor.

    It was in TC4, which was very nice. Personally, I'm missing the Repair enchantment, but I can understand why you'd want to leave it out with the vanilla Mending enchantment.

    Repair just makes so much more sense than the Mending!

    I actually really enjoy the Mending Enchantment a lot. It actually makes sense, like, you damage your armor mostly when you're fighting mobs and when you kill them you get XP and repair it. Same with the sword and as for tools, you can just repair them with thaumium. It would be nice though if Azanor added something like Portable Brain-In-A-Jar (Like Hero Talisman from reliquary) and maybe some arcane-y infernal-y type anvil that can maybe allow you to repair things for less XP-Cost and some essentia.

    Wasn't there an Infusion Enchanting in TC4? On the Artifice tab in the bottom-left after the Brain In A Jar research?
    (Edit: Googled TC4 patchnotes history. It was added in ver. 4.0.4)

    But bringing back the Occultic Enchanter for TC2 would be really neat, i think a lot of people dislike the current vanilla randomness of enchanting since when they changed it.
    Also, the current tools' Infusion Enchants (the orange ones) are really cool, i think it would be nice to have an armor-variant of them.

    You don't.
    There are 3 types of warp, i think. If I remember correctly its: Permanent warp that can't be ever removed, 'Sticky' warp that either goes away by itself after some time, or is converted to temporary, and Temporary warp that can be removed by using the soap. Your best bet is to automate the production of water with bathing salts, since when you jump in it, it removes the water-block and gives you a warp-ward effect.

    I am currently considering essentia tubes and how they work. I do like the puzzle aspect they add to the game, but I am very aware they can be quite complex. To alleviate that I added the essentia transfusers, but in a way they bypass the whole point of having tubes.

    Switching to a simpler system would probably mean the removal of stuff like the transfusers simply because they would not be required anymore.


    Well, i like making complex systems with pipes, the fact that they make you think on how to system you want to build will work. I think it would be nice to find a middle-ground where the pipes won't be as easy as v1.0 but not that useless compared to transfusers as they are now. I my opinion you should probably find a way to buff pipes on some way and nerf transfusers a little bit, and work on adding new content, not scrapping work you've already finished and going back to the previous concept.

    Yes, you can jar the nodes from totems and silverwoods. The block just disappears.

    No it is not possible to connect Wand Recharge Pedestal to the vis network. The vis network is created to be used with Infernal Furnace, Arcane Bore and for slow recharge of wands in the arcane workbench. You should keep using the Wand Rechage Pedestal to recharge Staves and other wands that you don't use for crafting because it is much faster than vis network.

    Thaumic Exploration's Oblivion Jar is not working with lastest thaumcraft because azanor changed the jar rendering.
