Hey I lost my original XML file, and just got the most recent version of the mod for both 1.7.10 and 1.8. They work fine, and the default information is shown on the screen. However, when I want to edit the file to show what I had it shown before, I can't find it. It doesn't seem to create the default InGameInfo.xml anymore. How is this possible? Can anybody paste the default xml in a spoiler tag for me to create one myself, that I can then edit? Thank you very much!
    Quote from Lunatrius»

/igi save InGameInfo.xml will save it to your config file. The config is no longer automatically copied into the config folder to prevent clutter for those happy with the default preset.

Forget the post above, solution found in this old post of yours. It might be a good idea to include this in the FAQ though, because I was looking all over the wiki to find info about this and it said nothing!

Just need to move the max tag into a concat tag with the colon to hide the tag as well. Quickly edited it for the equipped item (it should work, can't test).

This thing no longer works to hide unused armor / equipped lines, how can I change this now? Having a potion effect start above 4 white lines is a bit messy!

posted a message on TabbyChat 2 - SMP Chat Overhaul (New Maintainer)
I just updated tabbychat to version 11.2 and I found an issue. I use Forge on all profiles, and on some of them I also have litemod. Because not all have litemod I always use the FML version of TabbyChat. Untill now, this worked fine on all profiles. But with this new version the FML version of the mod will not work if litemod is in a profile too. I could ofcourse download the litemod version as well, but as it worked before I hope you can find out what went wrong and fix it, so I can stick to one version. I already have a lot of mods in my folder, and like to keep it a bit organised! Thank you very much!

Unless you are talking about a different server then the one you are advertising for staff for I really don't think it is what I'm looking for. Your banner says PVP and Factions, and your topic says the same. As my OP stated I am looking for a Non-PVP server.

I keep track of this topic, so if anyone else has a good tip for a server I can visit, be sure to let me know and I will check them out!

At this moment I would really prefer a server that is running on 1.7.10 or at least accessible from it. If anyone else has or knows a server that I could visit, please let me know!!

I'm looking for a new server, preferable for MC 1.7.10. I'm a 29 year old girl from the Netherlands, timezone GMT+1/+2 (dependend on DST) and have been playing MC since beta! I like to build, trade, work together and help each other out! Just generally having a good time and having fun! If you think you have what I'm looking for and/or have any questions for me, please let me know! Here is a short list of what I'd like to find:

    • Community: Friendly mature community. Not necessarily an age limit, its the behaviour that counts, not the numbers! In terms of size I'd like to actually see people online, but not so many that every message in chat is drowned! Also important: A map where there is still plenty of room to build, without having to cram your house somewhere in between!
    • Type: PVE survival, working together, helping each other! No PVP, Griefing or Stealing allowed. Special PVP arenas/areas are fine, but if your server allows for PVP / Griefing / Stealing in general except for some players or groups, please don't reply to this topic, thank you very much!
    • Plugins: It does not necessarily have to be a vanilla server, plugins like Essentials, McMMO, Towny, McJobs, Protection Stones and other that add to the game experience are cool. However, I'm not looking for some kind of technic pack!

First of: Great mod! I'm allways using it and it makes life less laggy, it's one of the top 5 Mos i allways use.

Anyways, why i post has also a little reason. Optifine_1.7.10_HD_A4 makes a lot of blocks disapere in certain mods.
Mods which i have loded and have problems with Optifine are: Railcraft, IndustrialCraft2, Carpenter's Block.
Those 3 Mods which i have here, have the problem that lot's of Stuff are invisible when using Optifine. When taking Optifine off, the Stuff return visible. So Optifine makes that problem. Also i tried the Ultra version, same problem.

Will there be any fixes for this?
Or any tipps besides taking Optifine off? (because i don't wanna take Optifine off, otherwise laggy world..)
I also used search, but there was nothing what i could find about this problem here in this topic.

I have made a nr of posts on this issue as well as some others, calling it an x-ray glitch. Try using forge build 1230, because for me this same issue started when I got any version of forge higher then 1230. If you have some mods that require a higher version of forge (like the newest treecapitator does) try going one version back and see if that supports 1230. That way the disappearing textures will return!

Ah yes, I have a separate MC installation with Optifine to experiment with it but haven't had a chance to play with it much yet - time to get a new computer soon.

You might try FastCraft too (performance booster, not a crafting mod)

TreeCapitator is definitely on my "can't play without it" list. :D

    On mine too!

I'm also suffering from the X-Ray glitch, on both Extrabiomes XL and Better Furnaces, and, as stated by AylaAsperger, on a previous post, I updated Forge to 1236 due to Treecapitator. This happens with 1.7.10_HD_U_A4, 1.7.10_HD_U_A2 and 1.7.10_HD_A4.

As more mods are beginning to demand Forge versions 1230+, this is a bit annoying, and forces us to choose between having mods or having Optifine (which I really don't want to stop using due to the enormous FPS increase it gives...), or going back to 1.6.4 (Where everything was working...)

This is not a rant, because sp614x deserves all our gratitude and respect.

Or do what I did and play on 1.7.10 with a tad bit outdated treecapitator! I also don't want to choose between mods and optifine, I want both!
    Quote from Robinx1985»
Okay, I started using optifine but it made a texture of an object from a mod disappear and I don't really know how to fix it. It is a steel beam texture from the rival rebels mod or some similar mod and it has disappeared. Any suggestions to fix it?

Try using Forge 1230, on my end the glitch started with any higher version of forge.

cobalt seeds are made from extreme essence. i'm not sure why ardite uses strong -- seems to me the ores are pretty much the same, though i personally value cobalt more.

extreme essence is also used to make the magical crops armor and tools, though i don't use them.

    Quote from felinoel»

    Isn't cobalt more rare?
Anyways I would agree, they both should be extreme essence.

I know extreme essence has more uses, but I was purely mentioning the seed receipe balance. I now see that Cobalt uses the extreme essence also, as I haven't made a strong infusion stone yet I only took it from memory that I saw 'strong' somewhere. My fault, sorry!! As far as rarity goes, when I travel about in the nether I don't notice any difference in cobalt or ardite spawnrates. It could be there is a difference, but in that case it is not a big one.

Something I have been wondering about. Shouldn't tinkers construct Cobalt and Ardite seeds be made of extreme essence like Diamonds and Emeralds? (Don't shoot me if you disagree!!) Because both can't even be mined with a diamond pick, but require a level 4 pick. And they combine into Manyullyn, making it obvious that all 3 of these are a tier higher then diamonds, yet the seeds craft in a much lower tier then the diamond seeds. It would also balance the strong versus extreme essences a bit more as almost all seeds are made with strong essence and extreme essense is only used for diamond and emerald seeds....

The twilight forest woods break down into vanilla woods. The only unique wooden planks the Twilight Forest has lacks any slabs. Without slabs it wouldn't be possible to craft most bibliocraft blocks.

Thanks for clarifying that! :Diamond: That means the first question remains, is there any ETA for bibliowoods compatible with bibliocraft 1.9? I love both of these! :Diamond:
