Now it's saying Connection refused: Timed out

I did everything I was supposed to. Port forwarded, made my IP static, the server properties... Why is this happening now? I have it running when I do it too. It's no error in port forwarding too according to Portforward's program. Help please?

Your problem, not whitelisting. Seriously, you can't expect kids to when there is nothing to stop them going into room saying "Kids stay out." I however am 11 and am pretty disgusted with society.

If not, consider using something such as a netbook, although it will be slow it can stay up all you want.

If that's the case then howcome without port forwarding you can connect but after I have you can't? I'm using Portforward's Port Checker tool and it says it's working...
