Alright, I am starting to get sick of this.

    MagicLauncher 1.0.0

I tried everything CannonFoddr suggested. I allowed access to java through my firewalls, turned off monitoring for java, and even redownloaded the launcher. Yet nothing works. Its annoying not being able to play online and I need some help.

Mine would have to be enchanted books, cobblestone walls, anvils (though the fact that they break is ), and something else I probably forgot.

    What are yours?

I HAVE HEARD that this error is due to my antivirus (Kaspersky) not allowing access through my firewall. I set Magic Launcher to have all rights in Kaspersky but still no avail. Has anybody else had this problem and if so, what did you do to fix it?

    Quote from CannonFoddr

So why post it here if you think it's not the launcher :D ;)

But seriously - yes it does look like something is blocking your internet access - you have a lot of

Can you use the normal launcher to log in ??

If so - try disabling the [News] option in magic (That's what all those web addresses are) & see if it still gets blocked....
If it still does, but the official launcher is not blocked... is it possible that your firewall/antivirus hasn't been 'told' to allow Magic internet access ??

I know that Kaspersky can 'block' magic for some reason - even when disabled - the only solution found was to actually EXIT kaspersky, logon & THEN restart Kaspersky (This is the post I did earlier about it)

I also know that certain Windows versions have 'advanced Security' & that seems to affect Magic somehow - it may be something about IPv6 addressing or something like that (See this post)
The person never got back to say if the tip in the post I found actually worked ('vm argumnet -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true') so I still don't know if the problem was fixed or if it actually works

Thanks for helping me out. I only have one question.

How do I "exit" Kaspersky? Is there a button that logs me off of it or something?

posted a message on My personal tweak pack
EDIT: This is a mod request.

*I am not posting one. This is what would be included.*

I am fed up with all of the little errors in Minecraft. This tweak pack, designed by me, will fix them (if somebody would make it.) Also, you may not agree with all of them but then again pack is for me :P .

    -TWEAKS-

-Double durability of everything with a durability bar.
    -Stone tools mine SLIGHTLY faster.
-Axes break melons AND pumpkins faster.
-Mushrooms plantable on normal grass in daylight.
-Swords deal 1 heart more of damage.
-Can stay underwater for 30 seconds.
-Apples have 1/5 chance of dropping from leaves.
-Remove the face for pumpkins so you can see normally.
-Villagers STAY IN THEIR HOMES at night.
-1/5 chance of getting double drops from ores.
    -No holes from Creeper explosions.
-PRE 1.8 ANIMAL SPAWNING. (Dunno if this is possible.)
-Arrows can be crafted without feathers.
    -ANVILS DO NOT BREAK. EVER.
-Villagers will follow you with emeralds in your hand (they're greedy :P

So yeah, those are my tweaks. A lot of you will say they make the game too easy but I really do not care. This is for my own personal use.
