Just a little warning since I've been seeing too many but non seems to mention at all.
Unlike those lots posted on such as Curse and PlanetMinecraft, most of the mods on JP forums, including the one that shut down recently, does not allow re-post nor redistribution or whatever words that have same meanings. For example, most of those made by Peko, author of LittleMaidReengaged_peko mod, do not allow it according to where they're posted and readme.txt files included in the mods.
I'm not saying like making modpacks are bad staff or you're committing crime, etc. But since there's a sentence that says "I do not allow" where I'm sure everyone can see, I'd say you've better not use them in modpacks or they'll be sad, rather angry most of the time.
"I'm just spreading them cause they're so amazing!" "Why get angry?"
Some might come to think such things.
I would say,
"Why not get angry when you've stolen my creation without even asking you thieves!"
Solution?
Just ask them with a short and easy sentence, "I want to use this mod in my modpacks" before using.
Or you could put them in a Google translation if you're kind enough.
If they say "yes", great. If not, give up and stand back. Nice and simple.
If you cannot give up, maybe posting a link to where the mods are posted are better idea.
Put a word "recommended" above the link, that would sure be enough to make other users get interested and use them.
Dare not use them beyond self usage without asking especially when there's a sentence that says "I do not allow".
I'm getting tired of typing and most of the people reading this reply are probably tired, too.
There have been always problems caused by language difference, different way of thinking which might have come from cultural difference.
I might have said it too much and of course not all would think like this, but at least that's what I though when mine was done.
Well, happy Minecraft life with the Maid mod.
Yeah, that's why I have always refrained from uploading files concerning this mod like the Vomms models.
Hey guys, I've been looking at the jp forums but I can't seem to download any jar files. Anyone know what's up? There seems to be a new file uploaded :[1.12.2] LittleMaidReengaged-8.6.1.41-peko_build_1.1.1.jar. I'm running the 8.1.6.141 version and really want to see if it is an update. But, when I click the link i'm greeted to this: 拡張子 jar は無効化されているため、表示できません (The extension jar is disabled and can not be displayed).
Also with the 8.1.6.141 version none of the extra models apart from the default ones are able to hold any items. But when I go back to 8.0.1.66 the extra models are able to hold items but are unable to teleport. This is a problem because the maids from 8.1.6.141 can teleport like tamed wolves.
Please help!!!
Have you tried the link here in CurseForge? As for holding items, if you mean taking jobs you have to put the catalyst in the "Main" slot.
What methods do you guys use to deal with warp without getting rid of it? Obviously, you can make Warp Ward and stuff, but other mods add interaction. Other than Thaumcraft’s built-in methods, how do you guys deal with warp?
The Voidseer’s Pearl increases your vis discount as your warp increases: my current discount is at 19%.
Fight it through, never had many problems with it.
I'm trying to make a resource pack for this, but the way the maids access the textures has given me a ton of trouble trying to get it functional. Has anyone tried this/figured out how to do it? I'm getting increasingly frustrated.
I went in and manually changed the miles in the mod for my personal use but my friend has been streaming with the pack and wants to post the modpack on curseforge with the textures I've been using, and I can't seem to figure out a work around so that we use the original mod file and have an add on for the textures.
Have you tried modifying an already existing model addon? Those add new textures and are placed in the mods folder, I think it could be an easy solution.

Have you unzipped the whole .rar into the mods folder? Make sure both the .cfg amd .json files are there.
In singleplayer I havent found any major bug, but I play only with a few mods, and never played on SMP aside from small tests, so I cannot tell how well does it fare in that regard.
Okay, i'm trying to run LittleMaidReengaged on 1.12.2 but i'm getting a UCEE error (crashing my game)
does this mod need some library mod to run? it doesn't say in the page..or is it incompatible with some kind of popular mod? i'm running the modpack roguelike adventures and dungeons.
I dont know of any incompatibilities on start up, but using the version on KuroNeko's file on CurseForge has gave me some problems. What it worked for me, both client and server, was using the Peko build (and Library) in the Japanese forums. If you can't find it or need help navigating the site, please tell me; last time I tried pasting the links it didn't work, that's why I dont simply give them to you.
how functional is it to the 1.7.10 version? does it do the same stuff or still has like 100 features missing?
also does it support multiplayer?
Yes, that is the latest version released that I'm aware of. What missing features are you referring to? They can fight melee and range (with improved accuracy), brew, cook, feed and buff, light, defuse creepers and of course follow and pick up items. They will also level up, that improves their efficiency, but has never been stated how. Never tried in SMP, so I'm not sure if it works.
Is it possible to make little maid to heal herself only when reaching a certain amount of hp? It just seems annoying that little maid uses sugar when she hasn't taken even one point of damage.
They take one piece of sugar every few days as "salary", and another to heal every heart lost. I don't think there is a way to change it.
Hello! Im running Little maid mod on my 1.7.10 modded server and on my single player world everytime my maid hits a hostile mob it crashes. I tested it on my other creative world and I don't seem to get this crash just here...Some context originally I believed it was optifine with a random mobs crash and I removed it but now I cant seem to find the cause of this..Any suggestions?

You simply drop the .zip file in the mods folder. Note that some skins need of additional libraries.
0
Try changing maids' mob ID to another number, you can do this in the config file.

Maids don't work with The Aether II mod. You will have to take one of them out, or prevent maids from any kind of damage tick.
0
I have tried to replicate the issue, but to no avail. Do you have any mods that changes player animations, or could you provide your modlist?
0
Do you have any mod item equipped on her?

That version doesn't work with Aether II, you will have to take one out.
