Sooooo, where does the item folder go?

My minecraft has crashed after installing this mod, here is an error report, note that i used MCPatcher to install the mod. And this happens when i start a world.

I get no error report, just a black screen, nothing more.

I just got this mod, and I have installed it, and all I get is just a black screen after the "Updating Minecraft" screen, and I have even deleted META-INF. The only mod other than this I have installed is Modloader, if this is a bug, please fix this. And one more thing, should I even have Modloader installed?

ModloaderMP can crash Minecraft when attempting to join a Multiplayer server, if you can, please fix this problem.

Does this mod have compatibility with items from other mods?
Such as Mo'Creatures and Clay Soldiers.
And after this mod is updated to 1.3.1, I'll be gulping down lava buckets while mining for diamonds.

In the next version, make it possible to make a portal to antarctica without creative, aside from that, the mod is quite awesome.
And I can't find the antarctica portal block in the creative inventory.
