If more weapons are added to MC they should never go beyond late renaissance level. Regardless, though, this is just way too overpowered.

posted a message on Books in stronghold libraries!
This has been suggested before (by me in greater detail), but the threads often get overlooked so no one notices. I think you should give some better examples of what might be in the books. Some ideas I have are:

    Quests:
You could find books in various structures that would contain quests. These would be fairly non-linear as there would be no proper quests HUD or menu, you'd just do what the book says and hope it was worth it in the end.

    Lore:
There could be randomly generated lore in certain dungeons, or possibly set lore. These could even be part of a set. Whatever they say though, should be very open-ended.

Feel free to copy these into the OP.

How was my statement flawed, exactly?

Because you said being happy with what you've got is a bad quality.

    Quote from bowserchomp

Wrong answer, sir. That's why you should have a Windows gaming PC, not an Xbox 360.

So he should buy something much more expensive which he basically already has anyway?

When some people cannot get what they want, they simply convince themselves that they didn't want it anyway...

...Which is far more productive than complaining. This way you end up happy with what you have rather than sad about what you don't have.
Basically, stop being a **** because people play certain consoles. Especially when your statement is flawed anyway.

    Quote from GoombaGeek3

Hey, it's ripoffs! Don't we all love ripoffs?!

    Peewee Dirana

Where would we be without stolen Mario bosses - HEY why is it spelled wrong oh god ****

Peewee dirahna is two plant animals.

"DEER DIARY 2DAY I LERNED THAT IN LATINY "DI" MEANS "TWO"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS TRUE I KNO."

Dino Piranha is a plant that will break out of its egg if you swing a diamond sword at it and a diamond sword is the only thing that will deal damage and dino piranha's attack is a tail swing and you must knock the tail at it and a knockback with sharpness would be the best enchantment
    for the battle.

Sometimes it's best to give obvious descriptions of the first boss of Mario Galaxy and then mentioning its inane only weakness and its stolen attacks which would be very easy to render in cubes and of course then we just keep running this run-on sentence until it can run no more.

Peewee Piranha is a plant that will break open right away and dose not have a tail so you should use your sharpness for battling and if you destroy its armor completly it will run and you have to attack it again and then it will get its armor back and you should repeat the process.

"It's like a Mario boss in a sandbox game! THIS WILL WORK. And no lawsuits whatsoever will result."

    The Enderking with Blazaken

Hello, NoA? I think you'd better get Game Freak on the line too for this one.

    everyone knows who blazaken is

It's the chicken Pokémon that's made out of fire, isn't it?

but blazaken will also spawn blazes and they are found in strongholds.

    NICE PUN!

The enderking spawns endermen and enderdragons and has 400 health and will also spawn weak enderchickens

How to vastly improve any suggestion
    1. You can never have too many ender- prefixes.
    2. Blatantly steal other games' ideas.
    3. Enderchickens are a must.

and its attack is throwing down the endhammer that will send a shockwave that will deal 2 hearts

Yes, everyone loves enderAoE enderattacks that send endershockwaves that deal 2 enderhearts of enderdamage.

and is found in the boss room of a stronghold and the enderdragons will not beable to pass the enderstone and enderglass but they can pass through endglass

enderglass and enderdirt and enderbread and endertrees and enderthisthreadisterrible.

One thing I like about GoombaGeeka: Paragraphs.
Also, I agree with everything he said.

posted a message on My take on the Terrain Crisis
    Quote from Neospector

It should be changed, but it's hardly a crisis. Deserts are flat and actually look like deserts, there aren't hills in swamps or something, basically, changing land shape based on biomes isn't a bad thing. Considering the current biomes, it looks much better than it would with what you suggested, and adding more hills and things would definitely fix it (deserts are my favorite now, with these epic mountains). What you suggested made it sound like every biome would be a mountain one with different blocks. You'd have wavy swamps, flat jungles, press F3 in what looks like a plains and find yourself in a mountains, basically bad all over.

To sum all that up in a more readable sentence: Biomes should be able to decide the land shape. There's a difference between what you suggested and "biome diversity", that is to say, completely separated generations are going to look more bad than good.

Yep. I agree with most of this. Though forests, jungles, tundras and taigas are fine being mountainous (and cold biomes should have higher elevation), grasslands and swamps should stay mostly flat and deserts look good as they are now.

I am not a hippie! Well, I like the idea of world peace, but that doesn't automatically make me a hippie!

By the way, I saw the super moon a few days ago, from my perspective, it was huge and rather bright.

I wasn't saying you were, I was telling Goomba (who said you were) that even if you were it doesn't have any relevance to the thread. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

Eh, Sonic 2006 wasn't as bad as some folks make it out to be. Despite the game's flaws (loading times were my biggest complaint), I enjoyed my run through of it. But yeah, the game's ending reset the story to before the game's events took place.

I didn't hate the gameplay either (though the others were better), but you've got to admit the story was just stupid.

    It never existed...

    You know what's hilarious?

The "supermoon" doesn't actually shine much brighter than normal, nor is it once-in-a-lifetime (technically there's one every year, and the one last year was actually brighter).

And then this devolved into "THIS IS YOUR LIFE". Look, buddy, I don't see anyone making hippie threads about the transit of Venus (...yet) so, I don't know, look this up.

    You know what's hilarious?

This has almost nothing to do with the thread. I support this idea as it would add variation.

so what was wrong with the original thread then? i still had to do some replies from my thread that got merged [for example someone said guns shouldn't be added because a majority didn't want them and i was going to say a majority used to not want civil rights].

I could always just retype my post/your thread. It would make a nice addition to this thread.
