Hi, I'm looking for a seed with the forest hills sub-biome that has a valley and preferably a mob spawner nearby, although it isn't needed, no large biomes either. I was just wondering if anyone has something like this, thanks.
I fell into lava trying to save some diamond I just mined from above the lava. Lost 42 diamonds, diamond tools, diamond armour, and a ton of coal and iron.
I've discovered this really strange bug with my minecraft world today, and I'm not sure what's the cause of it, wondering if anyone else knows. I pretty much just built a nether portal at the bottom of my house, and i decided to test it.
This is my house before I test it. (I know it looks bad, I've just started on it)
so i go into the nether in the basement of my house, and then back.
and my house is now half one different wood color. When I place or destroy a block, it reverts back to normal, and it's not a big thing, but it just annoys and wondering if anyone knows? Sorry if this has been posted before or is in the wrong section, just thought I'd ask.
A few hours back, i started to go mining and 5 hours later I have 19 diamonds, 6 stacks of coal, 3 stacks of iron, and a stack of gold. Then I decided to get out before I died and lost everything like when it's happened to me before. But while I was getting out I fell into lava and managed to pause the game with one heart left. How can I save myself? Please respond, thanks.

Everything works fine without the texture pack on, the wood is all the same, which is a shame because I really like that texture pack.
Well, I used mcpatcher to patch it. I don't think I've ever encountered that either.
