Good to hear! :biggrin.gif: How is the Gotham build coming along, btw?
Also, is anyone still reading the Ideas Team forum? Haven't seen a couple of those guys around for ages, and some not at all...

1.) Use more pictures. This is probably the best way to get more people to download your mod. So far, I only know what protodermis and the Kanohi Hau look like; where are the pictures for the Toa and Matoran?
2.) Use more descriptions. They help to spice up the topic, and give your viewers reasons why they should download the mod. As a potential mod downloader, I can tell you that if I didn't have an extensive background knowledge of the Bionicle Universe, I would not download this mod -- because I would have no idea what anything was. New visitors are probably asking themselves what Matoran are, what Rahi are, what the new tools are, and what Bionicle is in general. Believe me, the average viewer won't be to keen to have to Google what everything is; about three to five sentences about each different feature would be more than enough to keep people reading.
3.) Write clear, concise sentences. For example, in the Masks section, you mentioned Elemental Shards, but there is no section in the post telling me what an elemental shard is.
I hope this helps; I'm not trying to sound rude or mean or anything, but I would really like to help this mod succeed. Good luck in your endeavors! :biggrin.gif:
P.S. The link to Wikipedia is broken.
P.P.S. What is an elemental shard? And how can I get one? :biggrin.gif:

Yay! :biggrin.gif: Any hints as to what will be included? Will it be the Full Mod, or just a prerelease?
Oh, and the Pokémobs Forums don't seem to be working for me today...

Slimes and Lava Slimes can be viewed as giant amoeba. They are large, gelatinous creatures that absorb food through their "skin," or outermost layer. As with some amoebas, Slimes can be thought of as asexual (i.e., They reproduce on their own; amoebas divide themselves into two identical organisms when their body grows too large to absorb any more food). Therefore, when a Slime "splits," or "multiplies," it is really breeding, creating new, smaller slimes with more sustainable bodies.
Continuing with this logic, when a Slime leaps towards you to attack, it is really trying to surround or absorb you in order to digest nutrients from your body once you are inside. Assuming that Slimes are filled primarily with this digestive liquid, and considering the fact that they have not yet been proven to eject waste, a Slime will completely dissolve any living thing that it swallows, skin, bone and all.
The brain of a Slime can be thought of as being relatively minuscule, if it is indeed related to an amoeba. It would contain only the primary functions of consumption and digestion, movement, and reproduction, as well as eyesight. Looking at a Slime, one could assume that its brain would be located somewhere in the center of its upper half, most likely behind its "face."
As mentioned above, one of the functions of the brain would be eyesight. Slimes appear to have a "face," consisting of two eyes and a mouth; although some may believe this to be a "skin" pattern, if we assume that a Slime does indeed have eyes, it explains a lot about its habitat and behavior. We already know that Slimes only spawn in the lowest 40 meters above bedrock, so perhaps limited eyesight may be their reason for spawning so far underground. It would also explain their attack behavior: Slimes generally only attempt to absorb living creatures, be they Human, Wolf, or Ocelot, and their simple brains have a basic idea of what their prey looks like. However, because of the similarity between Humans and Zombies/Skeleton Archers, when attacked by a hostile mob, the Slime will fight back out of confusion, thinking the shape of the mob to be that of a human.
From this we can also discern that Slimes prefer living prey, which would explain why they do not attack other hostile mobs unless provoked.
A Lava Slime (those found in the Nether) can be considered an extremophile cousin of the generic Slime, requiring massive amounts of heat energy in order to survive. Their bodies are specially adapted to deal with the extreme heat, and their eyes are shielded against lava and the higher light levels it exudes. Lava Slimes can be thought to absorb living prey as well, although due to the fact that there are few living creatures in the Nether that would make an easy target for a creature without extremities, it must also absorb some nutrients into its skin layer from the surrounding Netherack and Lava layers.
I hope you enjoyed my little theory! If I think of anything else, I'll put it here! :biggrin.gif:
