Interesting layout… I love the little ravine, as well as the mushrooms. It definitely has potential.
How about this:
The player has to gather resources to try and escape the room. They can collect different objects to pass through mini challenges and obstacles in order to leave the building.
Or:
Survival! Place spawners around the map, and see how long one could survive! Create a shelter, add trees as a renewable resource, and have fun!

Here's an idea: add the Penguin's penguins! You could make it so that they could be another tamable mod.
