We're making progress on updating the server. Some of the plugins we use are starting to get updated. Check back often for updates. Hopefully we'll be 1.3-ing it soon.
A Giant sheep has been witnessed roaming the lands of Multifarious! Hit our website to read more about it, and log into the server to try and find this monster of a beast!
Claim's Update!
We've updated some of the personal claim pricing, as well as added some news regarding personal claims. Check out the land claims page on the website for more details!
A Multifarious Update
Things that have been happening on the server -
We've had quite a few new people join lately. (Welcome Newcomers!) Our (new?) website is going strong and we're glad to see it's being used fairly often. We're still trying to iron out a kink here and there, but more and more information is being added to it almost on a daily basis, so keep checking it out for additions.
An0's Monument contest is still going strong. There are still monuments out there to be found, so if you stumble across one, don't forget to write the number down, PM him the number and destroy the monument. (Remember first come first serve) but WRITE THE NUMBER DOWN FIRST.
The Capital has a LOT of projects going on that either need to be started or are still in their infancy. Head over to the website's Projects Page for more information on these.
Some projects include: A Suicide Booth, Newarch's Recreational Archery Range, The Newarch Spleef Arena, The Newarch Resort & Hotel and many more.
We would like to remind current members as well as possible incoming members to take a look at the rules and FAQ from time to time to familiarize yourself with the server rules. Typically our server rules will not change, but have been known to do so from time to time. Generally speaking, if a rule change is a major one we will do our best to announce it to the entire server where possible. However this cannot always be the case. Depending on the situation, ignorance is no excuse.
And always remember, the dumbest question is the question not asked.
So I had to deal with my villager infestation problem.....
For some reason the 720p is freezing up... It might still be processing... Or I might have to re-upload. Not quite sure.
In any case, the 480 works fine and doesn't look terrible. I'll check it again in a bit, see how it looks.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I've seen spotty reports here and there, but can't seem to confirm them. I saw one bukkit "fix" but it's way outdated, so I'm not even sure if it's still considered an issue.
Basically we have an issue where redstone torches get stuck in their "off" position.
This is NOT related to the /time command bug, as we've removed that plugin. This is just an intermittent issue that creeps up on people from time to time. Breaking and replacing the torches has no effect. A server restart fixes the issue for a time, but it eventually comes back.
I've seen nothing in patch notes... About it being an actual bug or a fix. Any ideas?
This is what I am trying to say, no one seems to get this.
This.
It would really depend on what your schools policies are. However, generally speaking most public schools are NOT allowed to destroy student property. For instance, if a teacher deemed your iPod inappropriate, he/she could not just throw it in the trash. (One would hope he/she has more sense than that). I know we're talking about two different worlds here, a poster and an iPod, but the principle is the same. The bottom line is Students have rights in school just like everyone else does. School lockers are provided for the safety and security of the students possessions. Just because you place something in them it does not become school property. You would need to check with your schools rules and regulations, but I would be willing to bet you would find the teacher was in the wrong.
I've updated my post on the trade page selling smooth stone and lowered the price. 1 Double chest for 8 diamonds (Or 128 Iron, your choice). Shoot me a PM on the home page if you're interested. I need to clear some inventory badly!
Hey Gang! Just wanted to pop in and remind everyone we're still in full swing. We've begun requiring registration on our website for promotion to civilian on the server. So head over to multifarious.org and register! Read up on the server rules, how our economy works, brush up on the FAQ, and log in and join the fun! We've got more and more happening every day! We've started our projects page, we've got people using the trade page, people are starting to open shops and much much more!
So come and explore the wild, buy a personal claim, open a shop, explore the nether or just hang out and have a good time!
