The only reason it has me suicide spamming, is because i just joined and i tried to suicide and it didnt kill me, so i did it again, and then again. He also did not warn me not to spam. He also said he enjoyed muting me (Harassment possibly)

I simply copied the post as you deleted it. I would like to begin with a report on this guard (a.k.a ElectricRush). I was heading to Elite when two full diamond armoured (enchanted) players with fire aspect swords began chasing me, I then hid in a plot and asked for an Escort from ElectricRush. (note: I had just come from donor block killing chickens and have 30 levels on me and an enchanted sword). As I was waiting I was eating food to heal, and then scrolled. I scrolled over my sword and Electirc saw the quickest flash of it ever and killed me. This really got to me as - Yes swords are contraband, however I was in a Plot in the courtyard, being camped by 2 players and had 30 levels on me. For the guard to then kill me instantly, didnt seem to flow with the duty of an ESCORT. Escorts are there to ensure the player arrives at their destination safely, for the guard to kill you, it doesnt balance. I would like Starzy and/or Mark to look into this guard and his actions. He swore in Chat, he was not talking suitably to that of which a guard should and when I said he should be speaking more suitably he said "Since when do I have to follow guard rules". This guard deserves to be looked into as he is according to me and other players 'abusing' his guard power.

I coudln't agree more. He swears quite a bit in chat, which isn't very guard-like. He doesn't apparently know how to spell, and I have witnessed all the things you accused him above (besdies the camping one). I think you guys should be looking into ElectricRush, as he doesn't seem fit to do the job.
bobbles i did not know what so ever, i did not know that u can get banned just for that. at least in instead of banning me u could have muted me for ten min just for a warning at most. and now that i know i wont even talk on the chat bar anymore. im very sorry that i did not read the rules correctly and that i was a fool for saing that. may u please help me get unbanned please because i paid this server alot of money over 30$ and i cant even play, but the people who cuss on the server and dont donate get to play and not care what they say. for me to get banned over such a small thing iv said is like a punch on the face to me. i hope u understand this and u have the heart to get me unbanned.

Any other information: I have been playing on Killion and Intox for a while now, and think that it is a great community, I made a mistake by trolling Blobbles, and counting down like a guard. I apologize to the community, and to Blobbles for my immature behavior.

Suggestion Time:
In Feesh Mine, the ladders going up are blocked off by half slabs. This makes it very difficult and glitchy to get up if you want to get out. My suggestion is you take the half slabs out so it isn't glitchy to get up.
It seems that ban appeals are getting more attention than guard requests. To me, that seems kind of... bad. It seems more guards are needed on the server because there's no one around to stop the campers in C block (or so I've heard). I mean literally, no guards were online at the time. It's now September and I assume all schools are in session right now which means that teenage guards and possibly the one or two 9 year old guards can't possibly guard for the server! Especially if homework were to take up time in the afternoon/evening meaning no time to guard at all. Now I know you're all probably saying, "R4, Starzy will get to the applications soon. Be patient." Yes I agree. Starzy is doing a good job at doing this kind of stuff but why is she the only one? Mr. Killion, what exactly are you doing? Can't there be other people able to accept guards too? I think one of the reasons, from observation, that guard applications aren't being answered is because of all those ban appeals in the way. Guys, you got banned. Stop complaining. You're banished from the server. End of story. Accept your fate and move on. I think one should only write ban appeals if something stupid happens (ie: bot bans guard because he/she counted down). That would be reasonable. Writing a ban appeal saying, "Oh yeah, I got banned because I disrespected the guards, mods, and wardens. YOLO" is just really... I don't have words for this. The person who writes that obviously got banned for a legit reason and we don't want him/her back on the server.
I guess what I'm trying to say is: we need more guards. No can do? Fine. We need more people to accept guards.
I'm not doing this for myself. I don't want to be a guard because my play times are really inconsistent and that would be bad for my guard career. So don't go on saying that I'm doing this for myself.
And lastly, reasonably banned people, shut up! You obviously did something wrong so deal with it, suck it up, and get the heck out of this thread!

They dont respond to all apps immediately. They wait until a certain time, then accept all the guards then.
Guards can be banned as easily as members can. Maybe even easier. We might not get banned for, say, X-ray, but that's because we aren't allowed to mine.
Also, if he was banned for spam, that means he was counting too fast. Which means he was not counting properly. Which means he should be banned for spam.
