also, check if minecraft.net knows you bought the game by going to this link: Minecraft has paid check and in the site URL insert at the username= your username.
Yeah, just go to that link and put your username just after "user=" in the URL. See if that says true or false. If it says true, just wait a bit more, if false, I'd say to contact Mojang if it is still not premium for a few more hours.
But, I have been having some problems with Minecraft.net lately, so it may just be something with the site, so you will get premium when the site works again.
You typed it wrong, it's minecraft.net , not MINECRAFT.NET .

I can't change my password because I can't login. I can't even get to the login page, when I click login, it just takes me just to the home page.
