I was wondering how much fps do laptops and desktops have on Minecraft. Please tell me which one you use and, if you're not lazy, the specs of the computer.
Hey sorry to bother you guys but i just started a youtube channel and need more viewers or subscribers so I was wondering if you guys could check out my channel and maybe even subscribe if you like my videos/ :biggrin.gif:
alright... i guess those 100+ fps people are those with epic rigs. as for a normal laptop user (portege R835-P50) i would used to get maybe 5-15 fps on normal, and 20ish on small rendering distance. fast graphics, of course.
HOWEVER!!
after installing optifine, i am officially able to play normal render, with fancy graphics, for 20ish fps, and fast graphics for 60. I LOVE OPTIFINE!@!!
Like, 5-10 on my desktop. Intel Pentium Dual core E3500, 2 GB RAM, and an Intel G41 Express Chipset. The graphics are definitely getting replaced in the future, but I'm not sure if the RAM can be expanded.
I get whatever max at max everything. New comp, old graphics card (Radeon HD 3800 in this, because new comp, but unfortuantly this was what I had spare, need new card for skyrim, etc).
8 gig memory, i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHZ.
EDIT: Unfortuantly I put windows 7 32bit, so will have to reinstall it once I get new G card, but thing preventing me was the fact I heard 64bit crashed even more with skyrim, and those Bethesda games are so prone to crashes its not funny unfortuantly, so might not even change it to let me use my 8 gig.
The weird thing is, you have 500+ posts and cant even play Minecraft!
