For some reason, and this only started about 30 minutes ago, Minecraft crashes every time I open it up. At first, I got into my world for a mod review I was about to do, and when I opened up Action! (the recording software), my game just crashed but didn't send a report to Mojang as my client was modded (the mod was Gems Plus). I tried opening up Minecraft again after re-downloading the mod, and it worked, but again when I opened Action! my game crashed. This has happened to me when I open Action! before Minecraft, but now it works perfectly fine when I open Action! after I'm safely in my world. I decided that I-would fix this problem later and I X-ed out of Minecraft, opened the launcher, and went into my OptiFine profile. (1.8.9, just like Forge). It crashed... so I deleted every single mod that I had on my computer, even though (which was only one, Gems Plus) I wouldn't be using them. Again, my game crashed. I went on the internet and found out that sometimes deleting the .minecraft folder after copying your saves to desktop would work, so that's exactly what I did. Opened up the launcher and BOOM! (without the boom though) my game crashed. Help please??
P.S. In case you were wondering, I did not open Action! after going on my OptiFine profile. The second time I crashed after going on OptiFine I switched to my default 1.8.9 profile, with no add ons on.
Graphics drivers are outdated, they do not support required OpenGL support to run Minecraft.
Invalid memory allocation, if you set any Java arguments in your Profile Settings, please remove them.
On Windows 10, driver updates are automatically installed on your PC whereas previously they were optional. Sometimes the drivers obtained through Windows Update may not contain the proper OpenGL required for Minecraft. You should in this case update your PC's graphics driver as explained below.
On first- and second- generation Intel HD graphics chipsets, a Java version below 8u60 is needed on Windows 10. The new Minecraft launcher available on minecraft.net/download as a .MSI should automatically resolve issues on these chipsets.
Once you have found this, look for your manufacturer in the table below and go to their "Auto-Detector" site and scan your computer for any out-of-date drivers.
If one is found, please install the update; if for any reason there are no available updates or the updates do not solve your issue, please see this article to get assistance.
If you recently installed Windows 10, you must take additional steps to ensure that your drivers are not overridden by Windows Update. Refer to this page for more information. You must first uninstall the current driver you are using before you use an updated driver from below whether or not you are using the auto-updating tool or manual methods. In addition, if you are using an "Intel HD Graphics" or "Intel HD Graphics 3000" chipset, see the instructions at the top of this page.

Ok I'll definitely check out everything to make sure it works, but it really only started not working very recently I had played about 2 hours before...

It the name was Microsoft but the manufacturer was n/a. Also, on the bottom it said that no problems were found
That means Windows doesn't recognize you have a GPU, thus causing the crash. Do you have the original documentation for your computer stating what graphics it has (since you didn't post the DXDiag report)?

Okay, then your JVM argument is too "small"
Read my tutorial on my website.
