I know, but I was looking to figure out if I could change that.. I see people add 10G and end up with 2k fps
That's not because they have 10 GB of RAM allocated - you could also get 2,000 FPS with only 256 MB allocated (yes, Minecraft can run on just 256 MB with low settings, which is also how they get 2,000 FPS). See spoiler for how incorrect this myth is.
Here's proof that you do not need 10 GB of RAM to get 2,000 FPS; sure, that isn't 2,000 FPS but a linear extrapolation would suggest 1.2 GB to reach 2,000 FPS (or looking at used memory, 710 MB) - assuming of course that RAM actually affected FPS like that when it does not (this is also in a modded game, hence the biome reading "Mega Forest", as shown in the second screenshot; such a biome is clearly more resource intensive than a jungle due to more blocks being loaded and also means that the 608 FPS I got could be higher in a completely empty void world):
(if I had Fancy graphics on I'd be getting far less FPS in the second screenshot because my GPU would run out of dedicated VRAM, which causes FPS to drop to 10 or less; in my case this is the biggest limitation, note that VRAM is something that is part of your GPU, assuming it isn't integrated, and has nothing to do with memory allocation either)
Really, the people who started this whole "more RAM = more FPS" myth need to go back to school and learn how computers work. I even see this same myth get posted to threads that have screenshots showing that RAM is clearly not an issue (e.g. this thread, note that only 29% of 1 GB is even being used by the JVM - then look at the reply right after I mentioned that there would probably be such a reply).
NB: the system requirements call for a minimum of 2 GB of RAM - that's the RAM in your computer, not allocated to Minecraft; the default JVM arguments were chosen by Mojang for a good reason (prior to 1.8 they only had -Xmx1G, the others help optimize the JVM for 1.8). You do need to allocate 2 GB to use 32 chunk render distance but even high-end computers can struggle at such high settings (32 chunks loads 4 times the chunks of 16 chunks ("Far", which was really only 10 chunks prior to 1.7 due to internal server limitations, so being unable to run 16 chunks well in 1.7+ by no means indicates that performance dropped) and 16 times that of 8 chunks ("Normal" prior to 1.7), so there's a huge difference here).
Even when you do allocate more and the game seems to use it that's just "garbage" (dead code that the JVM later has to clean up) and has no bearing on the performance of the game (some people believe the game will "cache data" so it can load it faster if there is more memory available but the only caching done is displayed right in the F3 screen as "MultiplayerChunkCache"; otherwise, it is up to the OS to manage its disk cache, which has nothing to do with Minecraft or Java and can be negatively impacted if there isn't enough system memory; worst-case your computer starts paging to disk with a severe slowdown, which is likely where the "more RAM = better" comes from but then the solution is to close programs, allocate less memory, or upgrade your computer).
As mentioned in other posts, we need to know your system specs; if you are playing 1.8 you can press F3 and then F2 to take a screenshot, then post it here; 1.8 displays your CPU and GPU on the debug screen, in addition to other information like your render distance (sometimes just lowering render distance or turning VBOs on can get performance up to acceptable levels). Also, custom maps and servers can be laggy due to a lot of players/entities/redstone, so it also matters whether this only happens on one world or in general (in some cases a corrupted world can cause lag) but it sounds like you are just having generally low performance.

I guess my question is, is that I have tried stuff like that, and I still get 60 average fps... How do I boost that? I have Optifine, I use default txtures, i hav all video settings to low quality... what now?

It doesn't matter what you "need", it matters what your system is capable of.
Minecraft is an intensive 3D "game" (really a 3D modelling program). The resolution is low because otherwise regular computers wouldn't have a chance. If you have a low end GPU, then you are getting what you are capable of and aren't going to see better.
Post a dxdiag that will provide CPU and GPU data as has been asked since post # 2 in this thread.

I think that the problem could be solved if the computer's specs were posted. If your FPS isn't changing with more or less RAM, that means that the restriction isn't on the RAM itself, it's on the processor and graphics card. Minecraft, like all games, requires a Graphics card capable of running it, and enough processing power as well (As gerbil said). You could have 1 billion GB of RAM and it wouldn't have any difference if you have a low-end CPU and Graphics card. The thought that more RAM = more FPS is a common misconception. Sometimes it could mean that, but a lot of the time, you don't even need more than 8 GB of RAM

post a dxdiag log, and we can see what your system specs are

I allocate ram into minecraft, but minecraft doesn't use it, therefore, I still get 30 fps...
I had 1 G and allocated 3G more. I still get the same result for every aspect of MC...
any help?

Then ram isn't restricting your computer. Can you tell us what your CPU and GPU are?
Also, minecraft shouldn't need more then one gigabyte of ram, and giving it more may even hurt performance.
If you are getting no more than 30fps, have you tried the slider in the options to increase the framerate? Or optifine?
yes, I have tried both. 30 is my average with both 1G and 4G

If 30 is your average, it goes over 30 sometimes?
yes, i get 20,30,40,50,60 fps

I know, but I was looking to figure out if I could change that.. I see people add 10G and end up with 2k fps

That's not because they have 10 GB of RAM allocated - you could also get 2,000 FPS with only 256 MB allocated (yes, Minecraft can run on just 256 MB with low settings, which is also how they get 2,000 FPS). See spoiler for how incorrect this myth is.
TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
I guess my question is, is that I have tried stuff like that, and I still get 60 average fps... How do I boost that? I have Optifine, I use default txtures, i hav all video settings to low quality... what now?

Why do you think you should get more?
You have provided nearly zero information about your system. This may be as good as it is going to get.
60 fps is fine for me. As long as it isn't below 15 you're fine

Does it really matter what my motherboard is? what data do you need?
I need more since its horrible unstable
I need more because I record videos for youtube

If you could correctly determine what is irrelevant, you wouldn't need to post here.
Nevertheless, You are doing the best that you can with that hardware. It's your lucky day any time you see 60fps.
Shoot, I don't have HALF the specs he's got, and get 45+ fps. Screenshot was with vanilla 1.8.1 without any java args to increase RAM allocation. 32 bit java.
He should be 60+ all the time, or capped at 60 without going under.
