I started my server yesterday and it worked fine when I tried to start it today it didn't work anymore.
I didn't change anything so I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.
It gave this error only when just opening the server.jar:

The error isn't shown when running it in the command prompt with the following command but the server still doesn't start.
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui
When trying to connect to the server in minecraft it takes some time and then says Connection timed out.
Other fixed issues didn't help and I don't know what the issue is, the weird thing is the last line of the exception:
at acj$1.run(SourceFile:101) [server-1.18.jar:?] it says server-1.18.jar instead of just server.jar.
Also with the other issues the line where the exception happend is shown as unknown source and at the [?: ?] there is shown something like this: [?:1.7.0_67]
other info:
java version "17.0.1" 2021-10-19 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 17.0.1+12-LTS-39)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0.1+12-LTS-39, mixed mode, sharing)

Referring to the log, the server starts without issues
The "The handle is invalid" message can be ignored and is not an issue
The issue may refer to the connection
Does the server run on your own system?
Yes it run's on my pc but I can't join the server it gives a connection timed out when I try to join.
Do you join with
localhost
as server ip?
yes with my ipv6 like this[x.x.x.x]:25565 but yesterday I could just play on my server and I changed nothing
I mean, instead of using the ip, write
localhost
Thank u so much that works!!
But why does the other way not work anymore?
Maybe your IP changed - some routers change it everyday
