Hi. So I recently got a second PC, and I'm trying to transform it into a server host for random projects, and Minecraft servers. But I have a problem with the latter. I've tried absolutely everything I know. I've added rules to the firewall, both TCP and UDP, inbound and outbound, I've port-forwarded, I've disabled the firewall, I've no antivirus program installed, I've added Java Platform SE Binary to the allowed programs to access and use the internet, and I've attempted using the external and internal IPs, both with and without the port(25565) at the end. Is there anything else I can try? I just cannot figure out what the heck is going wrong. My only guess left is it might be my internet connection itself, but I don't know anymore. Here's the specs of the MC server, and the PC running it.
Firmware: Paper 1.16.4-292
IP: 192.168.*.***(Idk if that's private or not.)
External IP: **.***.***.** (Now I know that's private.)
OS: Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 20H2, Build 19042.630.
RAM: 8 GB
CPU: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics (3.20 GHz)
Storage: 1.5 TB.
