I have enabled essentials.kits.tools for group default. My friend, which is in default, cannot do /kit tools, but I can because I have op. Same thing with warps.
Without the config files and permission lists, there is not much anyone can do to help.
Just post a copy of your config files for essentials and luckperms.
Also post your plugin list
Most likely a super easy fix. It could be something not configured currectly or you might have a conflict with some other plugin( I doubt it)
