I've looked all over this forum and google itself for a solution to this problem, but so far I've had no luck. Yesterday I set up a server on my computer, properly followed the instructions and port forwarded (25565), however even though my port status is open and I am using my external IP to invite my friends into the server, everytime someone enters it, they're immediately killed on spawn and receive a TIMED OUT error screen afterwards.
I have disabled my computer's firewall to test if it was the problem, and nothing changed. The port has been connected properly since I tested it in different sites, and I can access the server normally in Local Host, the problem is that my friends cannot enter the server at all.
Here's extra information, and I have added minecraft to the firewall permissions in both public and private setting:
(Firewall)
(Server status)
(My friend's screens upon logging into the server.)
(Port forwarding tests)
( My friend being both in the white list, and repeatedly joining in and timing out.)
I'll appreciate any help, since I got no clue about what may be the source of the problem now!

Sorry for the delay in response, here is the test: https://www.speedtest.net/result/8914889343
And a print in case it's easier for you:
Starting to suspect that both my computer and my internet are not good enough to sustain a server, isn't that right?
My computer has 4 gigas of ram, and a Pentium(R) dual core CPU E5200 @ 2.50Ghz
Ah, I suspected. Thank you for the quick help, I'll consider this thread resolved them. <3
