I am currently running a Minecraft server off of an Ubuntu Server 18.04 OS. I have port forwarded my server and have successfully connected (and played) on it for hours now. The problem is when the server starts up for the first time, or restarts automatically for updates, it can't be access from outside my local network. The problem immediately goes away as soon as I connect using my local IP. Using portchecktool.com after a clean boot of the server indicates that my port is closed, but again right after I connect using my local IP portchecktool.com says the port is open and everything is dandy. Any help would be greatly appreciated
