Can you include a copy of your server.properties file please? In case you don't know, it's in the root folder of your server directory. I am thinking this is a port forwarding issue or you don't have your ip registered correctly
Edit: Forgot to add, what 'Port Test' did you use?
Well, the problem is that I could connect via local IP, But others can't connect via external IP. Also, my server failed the server status checker. So, I'm pretty sure that there is something wrong with my server.
The server seems to be working fine. As it shows:
[00:04:23] [Server thread/INFO]: Starting minecraft server version 1.12.2
[00:04:23] [Server thread/INFO]: Loading properties
[00:04:23] [Server thread/INFO]: Default game type: SURVIVAL

[00:04:26] [Server thread/INFO]: Done (2.508s)! For help, type "help" or "?"
however it can't be reached by non-local clients. And it failed the server test .
btw, it passed the port test so I should have post forward correctly.
