I recently updated my Ubuntu server to 14.04.2 and now when I start up a minecraft server its starts up fine but i get an error message

OpenJDK Server VM warning: You have loaded library /tmp/libnetty-transport-native-epoll5494021536055340402.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now.
It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c <libfile>', or link it with '-z noexecstack'.

I'm not exactly sure what this means or if it even poses a problem. Can anyone with better linux skills than I help me out.
I run a server on an old 12.04 laptop. It always throws some errors, but works fine for the most part. If yours isn't crashing I wouldn't worry too much. If it's causing a problem the first question I'd ask is are you running 32 or 64 bit (java and OS). Lots of bad library issues happen due to the wrong version being installed.
Stupid question, but did you try running the command it gave you?
My server is actually running really well. I did want to try running that command but never did because I wasn't sure what <libfile> its asking for. Is it the .so file mentioned in the error?
Yes. .so files are libraries, the so just stands for shared object.
If your server's running fine, I don't see any reason to be worried. As the server log showed, 'the VM will try to fix the stack guard'. I suspect that it is doing so, as if it failed it would most likely throw another error.
