I have made my Server it has 1 world and is KitPvP with 17 plugins. I have 2GB of RAM on my computer and 1GB is dedicated to the server. My computer has about 11m download speed and about 2.3m upload speed. Thanks

Judging by your posted specs, I would estimate around 10 - 15. I would have to know your processor, OS, etc. in order to give a more accurate answer.

First one of them plugins better be worldborder, to reduce lag of people leaving spawn in and infinite number of directions.

Second 5 people you dont have the ram to offer that many plugins with more than that!

id say 10-20 would be a nice amount cause of your ram

The problem is that the internet connection speed is too slow to send and recieve data the data for more than 7 people at the same time.

You're probably better off renting a server instead to have a decent experience.
