I have tried, tried again, and tried again but can't seem to be able to set up my own multiplayer server. My question is, how do I set up a server? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Since it doesn't have a http:// or https://.

I have tried all of the steps it shows, I have watched some videos on Youtube about making a server, and when I start up the server it immediately crashes and if i put the IP into the "add server" button on Minecraft, it says "Cannot connect to server."

You should try to find a cheap host. They setup automatically!
