Whenever a new person joins, they do /kit starter, they cant put armor on or use stuff, it just moves from their hotbar to their inventory, If anyone can help please do. ip: 99.6.230.41

Can you give a plugin list and your permissions?

I bet you have an Item blocking plugin running, try disabling it if you are.
