I am thinking of getting a server. and i am thinking of mcprohosting but is it good, bad or a scam? you tell me.
I wouldn't recommend them, but they aren't a scam.
MCProHosting charges moderately high prices, but don't even provide support unless you buy their $5 per month support plan. I'd recommend either going with a cheaper host if you don't need the support (Pytohost, MineRack), or a host of the same price that provides support if that's what you're looking for. (ProvisionHost)
I have not had the opportunity to use McProHosting, but I have used Shockline server hosting, and they are great. They were extremely helpfull especially for me because I was new to Multicraft, there customer service was awesome, they actually added me on skype and helped me with the server. There prices are actually really fair aswell. I recomend them!
MCProHosting has a very good reputation with satisfying their clients. They're not a scam, and you really shouldn't be opening a poll to see if you should use this host.
As you can see, all it did was encourage other hosts to solicit their services to you ;).
The way you've positioned this post in this sub-forum is basically a calling for every other host in the industry to advertise their services to you. It is a matter of personal preference. Cheap hosts are not always the best, and in this industry what you pay is what you get.
Be cautious when choosing a host, as a lot of them for example are not even registered businesses and are operating illegally. I call these the "12vie hosts". (Hosting "businesses" run by 12-15 year olds.)

This is what happened to one of the hosts I used for a short time before I bailed ship when things started looking bad. Doing your research is really key when purchasing a server.

Best wishes in finding a host.
