I just tried coloring my minecraft server MOTD and it has color, but it looks like this: ?Whitelisted ?For ?construction. There's a "?" before every word. Please reply to me as I would really like to fix this. If this helps, Im on a mac and I use a WebHost.
I'm sorry, I can't really understand what you are trying to ask
Are you trying to colour your server MOTD like this?
If you are, you edit MOTD in the server.properies file.
Mine looks like this:
motd=§2Plugin test Server
You put in the colour code before the text.
Here is the other colour codes.
§0 = Black
§1 = Dark Blue
§2 = Dark Green
§3 = Dark Cyan
§4 = Dark Red
§5 = Purple
§6 = Orange
§7 = Light Grey
§8 = Dark Grey
§9 = Lilic
§a = Light Green
§b = Light Cyan
§c = Light Red
§d = Pink
§e = Yellow
§f = White
If you do this all correctly, you shouldn't get any ?'s

Do you see the "Â" get rid of it. It's not a color code
