I'm using NFOServers right now, I have a triple core VPS with 5GB of memory, and a 5GB SSD with 4 IP addresses for just under $100 per month. They are very flexible and offer much more low end plans and much more high end plans.
Personally, I've had a fantastic experience with their support team. While I've only had to contact them about 4 times in the past 3 months, each time they've responded in <20 minutes.
As for the pre-sales tickets, I've had an all around bad experience with every host I've contacted
Bottom line: they are a budget provider so you'll get what you pay for
Datashack has been excellent. Their sales replies are a bit slow, as they give more focus to their current customers. What questions did you want to ask them?
Also you could also give SecuredServers.com a try. They have a great network for speeds and ping, however their uptime is a different story. Occasionally they'd have small outages that would last 30-40 minutes and that'd happen about 2-3 times per week.. But I haven't used them for about a year so it could have gotten better, you'll want to maybe check out some reviews at webhostingtalk.com
